Aileen Laborie

VP, High Net Worth Planning Services

Aileen obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia in 2000 and graduated from Dalhousie Law School in 2003. She was called to the Bar in British Columbia and Ontario in 2004. She has completed all three levels of the CPA in-depth tax course.

In 2009, Aileen joined RBC, assisting clients with their overall tax and estate planning, and in 2014, assumed her present position, specializing in assisting high-net-worth clients with their succession, tax, retirement and estate planning. Prior to joining RBC Dominion Securities, Aileen practiced law in Vancouver and Toronto, specializing in estate and trust planning, and tax litigation.

Aileen is the Chair of the Vancouver Branch Executive of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Canadian Tax Foundation, and a Trustee of the YMCA of Greater Vancouver Endowment Fund.

 

Grace Lai

Will & Estate Consultant

Grace received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia in 2000 and graduated from Dalhousie Law School in 2003. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2004.

Prior to joining RBC, Grace practised law in Vancouver, specializing in estate planning and estate administration. Most recently, Grace worked at a hospital foundation advising the charity on legal matters as well as its donors on charitable giving.

Grace is a member of the Canadian Bar Association Wills and Trusts Section and Charities Section. She is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.

Grace would be pleased to work with you and your advisor to structure your estate in an effective and tax-efficient manner.

 

Wilton Lee

Estate Planning Specialist

Wilton works closely with you and your professional advisors developing appropriate, effective solutions to optimize your financial security, increase net worth   and reduce the impact of taxation, both today and at death.

Having previous experience working with business owners and operating his own small business, he understands the requirements of business owners.  Following a career as a commercial pilot, Wilton established himself in the financial services industry as a senior life insurance consultant with one of Canada’s leading life insurers. In April 2015, he joined RBC, specializing in estate planning and is able to provide innovative and tax efficient solutions for a variety of  wealth management issues (both personal and corporate) that address your concerns.

Wilton hails from South Africa and currently lives in Vancouver.

An MBA graduate from the Ivey School of Business in London, Ontario, Anna-Marie is a Certified Financial Planner and a Financial Divorce Specialist. She is a committed advocate for improved financial literacy and lends her support to various educational efforts by providing financial planning expertise.

Arne Perrin

Vice-President, Estate Planning Specialist 

Arne Perrin has been with RBC since 2000. He focuses on inter-generational wealth transfer, and succession and transition planning for family businesses, entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals. His goal is to help ensure your wealth is transferred to your heirs more efficiently and in accordance with your wishes.

His style is to plan first and then educate you about your options, so that you can make an informed choice. The process involves understanding your personal and corporate objectives, and then reviewing your financial and estate planning documents. Arne then works together with your professional advisors toward developing an integrated estate plan.

Arne’s Commerce Degree is specialized in Entrepreneurial Management. He is a Certified Financial Planner, and a graduate of the Family Enterprise Advisor program from the Family Enterprise Xchange (FEX).
