Noelle Bellomi is a seasoned professional whose diverse background in advocacy and finance creates a unique and rewarding experience for those who work with her. Mindfully aware of the gift that generation-to-generation opportunity brings, Noelle remains steadfast in maintaining the integrity of assets invested for members who will inherit their wealth for seven generations.

A long history of partnership with Indigenous communities

Dedicated to working with First Nations clients for over two decades, Noelle has been honoured to visit communities to share knowledge, offering financial literacy workshops, roundtables, and presentations since 2003. She is an integral member of a team of specialists who are devoted to working exclusively for Indigenous clients through every stage of the wealth management process.

In recognition of her work in the field, Noelle received a ONE RBC award alongside the Indigenous Wealth Management Team.

Drawing on expertise gained from working with a diverse range of structures and leaders, including Chief and Councils, CEOs, CFOs, finance committees and formal trusts, Noelle seeks holistic solutions that satisfy current stakeholders while envisioning how future needs may evolve. By being in tune with each historic community and strategizing together, true partnering occurs.

Noelle has long understood that true success extends beyond financial returns. Since time immemorial each community has its own relationship with the land. This perspective has guided the foundation of each portfolio well before ESG became a mainstream consideration. Fundamentally and at its core, investments are thoughtfully selected to reflect the very community they serve.

Recognized for expertise and commitment

Using a best-in-class approach, Noelle has been managing money the same way since 1998, prioritizing accountability with direct shareholder ownership, highly competitive pricing and above-average performance with less risk. For more than 20 years, she has developed a proficiency in designing Investment Policy Statements that accurately reflect the will of the people she serves. Time and again, she has been called on to lend her expertise to developing IPS' for charities and public sector organizations who wish to create or upgrade their existing ones.

Living a mission of inclusion and fellowship

A lifelong learner who cares deeply about Indigenous culture, Noelle builds upon her knowledge with Indigenous studies at the University of Alberta, regularly attending NATOA (National Aboriginal Trust Officers Association) conferences and by being a proud RBC Royal Eagle. The RBC Royal Eagles is an Employee Resource Group whose mission is to foster inclusion with fellowship between Indigenous and non-Indigenous employees. Noelle is also a registered volunteer with the Junior Achievers of BC.

A legacy of giving back and creating change

Noelle’s commitment to giving back extends to her involvement in numerous causes she believes in, such as the Arrowsmith Agricultural Association, Royal Canadian Marine Search and Rescue and Tillicum Lelum Aboriginal Society, just to name a few.

Her ongoing influence and philanthropic efforts have been transformative, in particular pertaining to the creation of buildings. Noelle’s resolute focus on developing infrastructure to serve the needs of her community has left a lasting impact, including:

  • As Vice-President of the Nanaimo & District Hospital Foundation, Noelle was instrumental in securing funding for a new maternal infant care wing and a palliative care unit at the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital.
  • At Haven Society, her leadership as part of the Core Cabinet Team drove the Campaign for Courage, resulting in the new Haven House facility, built to support the safety and well-being of women, children and families throughout BC.
  • Her commitment to education and future generations is further reflected in her role as Governor of Queen Margaret School, where she played a key role in creating a new science and technology building.

A graduate of the University of Calgary, Noelle holds multiple designations, including Professional Financial Planner (PFP), Financial Management Advisor (FMA), and Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI).

In recognition of her relentless dedication to community service Noelle has earned seven RBC Foundation awards, a testament to her remarkable volunteerism to improving education, health, safety, and the well-being of families.
