Amy has been a crucial member of Noël’s team since 2013, and has over eight years of experience in the banking and investment industry. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a major in Finance.

Fully licensed as a Registered Representative, Amy’s focus is on assisting clients with account administration, trading, and wealth management. Amy takes pride in providing the highest level of client service, with the goal of exceeding her client’s expectations.

Heather has extensive experience offering comprehensive financial planning to clients and has been with RBC since 1994.

She holds her Certified Financial Planners designation through the Financial Planning Standards Council, as well as the Personal Financial Planning designation through the Canadian Securities Institute.  She has also received the Certified Professional Consultant on Aging designation through Age-Friendly Business.

Heather believes that a financial plan is extremely valuable in helping you achieve your goals for overall long-term financial well-being. It can provide you with a clear picture of where you are now and create a strategy for what you need to do, to have peace of mind for the future.

A Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified Public Accountant (Delaware), Sean holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario. Sean is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Estate Planning Council of Vancouver, and the Canadian Tax Foundation.

Away from the office, Sean and his wife Jacqui enjoy outdoor pursuits, motorcycle touring, and finding new destinations to explore on their travels.

Grace Lai, B. Admin, LL.B

Grace received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia in 2000 and graduated from Dalhousie Law School in 2003. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2004.

Prior to joining RBC, Grace practiced law in Vancouver, specializing in estate planning and estate administration. Most recently, Grace worked at a hospital foundation advising the charity on legal matters as well as its donors on charitable giving.

Grace is a member of Canadian Bar Association Wills and Trusts Section and Charities Section. She is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.

Grace would be pleased to work with you and your advisor to structure your estate in an effective and tax-efficient manner.
