Investment Philosophy
We believe in building transparent and traditional investment portfolios that are low cost and simple to understand. Over many years we’ve observed that superior portfolios tend to hold profitable and recognizable businesses in a diversified (but not too diversified) fashion. We’ve also noted that successful investors tend to shun complicated structures and products, “black box” investments, and other fads that tend to be just that.
In short, products don’t make money, businesses do. Invest accordingly.
