She is committed to partnering with successful advisors, ensuring they have the resources necessary to provide outstanding service to their clients. Before joining branch leadership, Banu began her career with an investment advisor team, and gained a deep understanding of our clients’ needs.
Banu is a former member of the Women’s Advisory Board (WAB) at RBC Dominion Securities, which focuses on developing and implementing programs to attract and retain women in client-facing roles and leadership positions.
When she’s not in the office, Banu enjoys spending time with family, friends and her dog, Olive. Originally from Ontario, Banu relocated to Halifax, Nova Scotia, in 2020, then Moncton, New Brunswick, in 2021. She loves exploring her new Atlantic Canada home, discovering beaches, trails and the best seafood restaurants. A big believer in giving back to her community, Banu is a board member of Halifax’s 2b Theatre Company.
