With over 15 years of experience in Wealth Management and Investment Banking, Robert has built a career around helping investment advisors grow their businesses and elevate the client experience. Holding both the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designations, he brings a strong foundation of expertise and strategy to everything he does—from advisor coaching to client-focused innovation.
Robert's approach combines industry insight with a genuine passion for service. He believes in empowering advisors to deliver thoughtful, personalized advice and build long-lasting relationships with their clients.
Outside the office, he enjoys staying active through sports, spending quality time with friends and family, and giving back to the community through volunteer work and local initiatives.

With over a decade of experience in both retail banking and wealth management, Maryna Mishchenchuk brings a global perspective and a strong client-first approach to her role at RBC Dominion Securities. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, she led retail banking operations in Ukraine, where she developed a deep understanding of leadership, service excellence, and team collaboration. Maryna is passionate about creating a positive, personalized experience for both clients and colleagues. Her commitment to service and operational efficiency is matched by her drive to foster meaningful relationships and support long-term financial success. Outside of work, Maryna enjoys spending time with her family, exploring Canada’s natural beauty, giving back through community volunteer work, and racing competitively as part of a dragon boat team.
Branch Operations Assistant
Judy has spent several years providing Administrative support to many small businesses in Medicine Hat. The military brought her family out to Western Canada, and when her husband retired from CFB Suffield, they decided to make this smaller community their new home.
She has provided support to Financial Advisors starting their careers in Wealth Management and she finds being there for our clients most rewarding. When someone walks through our front doors, she makes sure they’re greeted with a warm smile and feels welcome. Judy enjoys spending time in her flower gardens and does find weeding very therapeutic. Crafts are something she tries to spend more time on and finding a good read is also enjoyable.
With a strong foundation in client service and administrative management, Olena Yarmolenko plays a crucial role in supporting the team's operational efficiency. Prior to joining RBC Dominion Securities, she gained valuable experience in retail banking operations in Ukraine, where she developed a deep understanding of process optimization, efficiency, and exceptional client support.
Olena is dedicated to ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both clients and colleagues. Her meticulous approach to daily operations and unwavering commitment to accuracy are key to maintaining high service standards and supporting the long-term success of the entire branch team.
Outside of the office, Olena enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring local hiking trails to experience Canada's natural beauty, and maintains a focus on health and wellness through Pilates and fitness.
