Specializing in estate planning, Tracey applies innovative and tax-efficient solutions to a variety of wealth management issues and is skilled at simplifying their complexities. Her individualized approach to personal and corporate insurance planning help clients achieve their wealth management objectives and reach their estate and financial goals.
Beginning her financial services career in 1994, Tracey joined RBC in 2012. Beforehand, she spent 13 years with a leading life insurer, focused on providing insurance solutions expertise to advisors and product marketing.
Committed to ongoing development, Tracey has obtained the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation.
Joseph graduated from Carleton University in 1988 and from the University of Western Ontario Law School in 1991. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1993.
He is an Associate Member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a Member of the Carleton County Law Association.
Prior to joining RBC, he practised estate planning in private practice and served as Will & Estate Consultant with Royal Trust Corporation.
He was an instructor for the Ontario Bar Admission Course in Estate Planning and Administration and has been an instructor at the University of Ottawa Law School since 2003 teaching the Will & Estate course.
As a Business Owner Specialist, High Net Worth Planning Services, Abby, together with your primary RBC advisor, helps you explore succession, tax, retirement and estate planning issues you face as a business owner.
Her guidance supports clients in their relationships with their external professional advisors, with whom she frequently interacts.
Prior to joining High Net Worth Planning Services, Abby provided tax, retirement, estate and financial planning advice to RBC advisors and their clients. She has written articles on various topics including charitable donations, executive compensation, tax planning and retirement planning.
Prior to joining RBC, Abby worked in a medium-sized accounting firm assisting business executives and high net worth clients with their tax planning and estate planning. She worked closely with owner-manager shareholders to assess and recommend the best tax planning strategies, the best corporate structure and the most suitable succession plan.
Abby is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor in Economics and Commerce from the University of Toronto. She completed the In-Depth tax courses I and II and the Canadian Securities Course. She is also a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and has obtained the STEP Advanced Certificate in Family Business Advising. Abby is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
As a Premier Banking Advisor for the Greater Kingston region, Frances Kerr works as a single point of contact, providing banking and credit solutions for select clients of Dominion Securities and their families. Partnering with Investment Advisors across the region, she provides personalized service and tailored advice to help clients save time and effectively manage their day-to-day banking and credit solutions.
Frances has 21 years of experience in the financial services industry, including over 17 years with RBC. Prior to her current role, she worked as a Banking Advisor and a Mortgage Specialist with RBC.
Respected by her clients and her peers, she has received regular recognition as a top performer at RBC, including as a member of the RBC Presidents Club and a Bronze Award Winner. She holds a Business Diploma from Seneca College of Applied Arts & Technology.
Committed to giving back to her community, Frances has volunteered with Brighton Health Centre, Junior Achievement, Hospice Fund Raisers and Christmas at Presqu'ile.
Frances was born and raised in Scarborough, Ontario. She currently resides in Kingston with her husband and has two sons in post education. Her hobbies include camping, traveling, curling and entertaining family and friends.
