For as long as I can remember, I have always been a car guy. As I have aged, my love for cars has only increased. I came across this article a few days ago and, due to my love for cars and Corvettes especially, it got me excited for 2020 and the release of the new Corvette C8. While the classic Corvettes have been synonymous with timeless American cars, the recent models like the C7, Z06 and ZR1 have allowed Corvettes to become a major player in the "Super Car" category. As mentioned in the article, this is the best car ever developed by Corvette with features like: a mid-engine with optimum weight distribution, V8 engine, 500 horsepower, and a duel clutch. There have been rumors for quite some time that Corvette was trying to develop a mid-engine car that could compete with Ferrari and Lamborghini. The only question I have is: would you rather spend $200,000+ on a Ferrari or Lamborghini or $60,000 on this new Corvette? Let me know.
