Jennifer Janeczko completed her Masters of Taxation degree at the University of Waterloo in 2004 after completing a postgraduate diploma in Financial Planning from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2001.
Prior to joining RBC in 2015, Jennifer gained a unique understanding of planning for the owner-manager through various roles within the insurance and accounting industries. Her professional experience includes working extensively with high-net-worth individuals and their advisors dealing with estate and succession planning, corporate and personal tax, insurance planning, family trusts, private foundations and charitable organizations.
Jennifer has over 10 years of taxation experience, is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, sits on the board of directors of the Estate Planners’ Council of Hamilton and is a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Suzanne Schultz, CPA, CA, CFP®

Prior to RBC, Suzanne built her career at a major accounting firm and a boutique tax and estate planning firm. Along with professional designations, she has completed the CICA's In-Depth Tax Course. She was featured as an expert on BNN and HGTV's House Poor and has contributed to the Globe and Mail, National Post and co-authored 78 Tax Tips for Canadians for Dummies.
Suzanne uses her in-depth technical knowledge to carefully understand what can complicate your unique financial situation and collaborates with your other professionals to uncover where you might be exposed to excessive taxes and risk. This planning is essential for business owners, professionals, executives and those with charitable goals.
As a Will & Estate Consultant, Megan Brown provides comprehensive estate planning services to clients.
Megan completed her undergraduate degree at McGill University, obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor and was called to the Ontario bar in 1998. For most of the fifteen years following her call to the bar, Megan was in private practice, specializing in the areas of estate planning and administration, incapacity planning, trust planning and administration, family business succession and charities law. Megan joined RBC Wealth Management in February 2013.
Megan is a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner with STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and has completed Levels I and II of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In-Depth Tax Course.
Grant Henri, CFP®, PFP, F.Pl., TEP

Grant attended Concordia University in Montreal where he completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1992. He holds three financial planning designations, a Specialist designation from the Trust Institute, and is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Grant has completed the in-depth tax program with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (Levels I, II and III).
Grant has over 25 years of progressive experience in various roles within the financial services field. In addition to his work with RBC Wealth Management, he is currently teaching Tax and Estate Planning courses for the Institut Québecois de Planification Financière to support the continuing education requirements of financial planners in the province of Quebec. Grant has also provided support to the Financial Planners Standards Council of Canada as a subject matter expert and has taught financial planning courses at George Brown College in Toronto.
Shannon Cleary brings over 20 years of experience in financial services to her role as a Private Banker in Halton South and the surrounding region. She provides business owners, executives and high-net-worth families with proactive, tailored advice and customized wealth management solutions.
Shannon and her team aim to build long-term relationships with their clients based on integrity, trust, communication and confidentiality. They further look to differentiate themselves through exceptional service and dedication to helping clients reach their wealth management goals. Clients value Shannon’s extensive experience in commercial banking and credit strategies, and her ability to simplify their often complex financial affairs.

Currently pursuing an MBA from Dalhousie University, Shannon also holds a diploma in design from the Ontario College of Art and Design. Respected by her peers and management, she received awards as a top-performer at RBC in both 2015 and 2016.
Shannon is an active volunteer with her daughter’s school and past volunteer with the Halton Learning Foundation. Outside of work, she enjoys cycling with her family, travel and gardening.
As a Premier Banking Advisor for Oakville and Burlington, Scott Saunders works as a single point of contact, providing banking and credit solutions for select clients of Wealth Management Canada and their families. Partnering with Investment Advisors and Counsellors across the region, he provides personalized service and tailored advice to help clients save time and effectively manage their day to day banking needs.
With over four years of experience in financial services with RBC, Scott has quickly become a respected member of the banking community in which he works. Through a dedicated approach to client service and as acting digital enablement champion, he also dedicated time to act as a mentor to other Advisors.
Scott is committed to giving back to his community and volunteers with “Outside Looking In”, an Indigenous youth program to give Canadians an opportunity to learn about indigenous culture through the arts and dance. He also volunteered with Ronald McDonald House Toronto helping to put together packages of food to help families who have a child that is seriously ill at a nearby hospital.
Born and raised in Mississauga, Ontario, Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Brock University. He also studied culinary arts before entering the financial industry.
Scott currently resides in the Oakville area and spends his spare time playing hockey, golf, snowboarding and traveling to as many new places as possible.
