Michael Dignam brings 20 years of experience in wealth management to his role as a Private Banker, providing wealth management advice customized for select families in Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Markham, Vaughan, Newmarket and Aurora.
Mr. Dignam and his team – including a Private Banking Associate and a Manager, Credit Structures – work closely with a variety of partners in RBC to create and deliver banking, unique credit solutions and wealth management strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances. These customized solutions may include specialized wealth management planning, business owner planning, estate planning and domestic and international trust structures.
With his personal and customized service, Mr. Dignam can simplify their complex financial lives so they can focus on their career and personal goals. Mr. Dignam has earned his designation as a Personal Financial Planner (PFP), which has deepened his experience and understanding of the solutions he provides. Originally from Toronto, Mr. Dignam holds a Bachelor’s degree from York University and is married with two children. Outside of the office, he spends time with his family and enjoys soccer, golf and tennis.

Based in Richmond Hill, Marco works with a select number of clients in the Greater Toronto Area to address their often-complex banking, credit, and wealth management needs by providing tailored banking and financial solutions.
When necessary, he can access specialists from across RBC, working collaboratively to provide a complete range of complementary services from investment management to estate and legacy planning, and from domestic and international trust services to sophisticated credit and leverage strategies to support individual short- and long-term goals. Marco's goal is to deliver unparalleled service while building lasting relationships based on trust and a thorough understanding of each client's unique needs and goals.
Marco brings an extensive background in client relationships to his role as private banker. He draws on over 15 years of experience within RBC, including roles within leadership managing multiple branches, financial planning, and group retirement savings plan consulting. Marco has continued to deepen his knowledge and expertise with key industry designations such as Retirement Plans Associate (RPA).
Away from the office, Marco enjoys spending time with his family, exploring different parts of the world, and cycling.
As a Private Banker, Gio Greco provides over 14 years of financial planning experience to high-net-worth businesses, families and organizations in Vaughan and its neighbouring communities. Through RBC Wealth Management, Private Banking, he acts as a dedicated relationship manager for his clients and their families, who value his discretion and responsiveness, as well as his experience addressing a broad range of wealth, retirement and credit planning needs through all stages of their financial lives.
As part of a tailored suite of Private Banking services, Mr. Greco designs sophisticated banking, personalized short- and long-term wealth plans and flexible credit packages for his clients. Through RBC, he provides a complete range of services – including commercial banking, estate planning, and domestic and international trusts – to meet each client’s specific needs. To ensure that his clients receive a high level of financial planning expertise, he has also earned his designation as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Personal Financial Planner (PFP).
Prior to joining Private Banking, Mr. Greco spent nine years as Manager, Financial Planning for the Vaughan and Toronto West regions. Before this he was an Investment and Retirement Planner with RBC Royal Bank, where he provided comprehensive financial solutions to his clients, collaborating whenever needed to ensure synergy with their investment and tax planning needs.
Originally from Vaughan, Mr. Greco holds an Honours bachelor’s degree from York University. He is married with three children, and for the past four years has been an RBC Market Champion in JDRF Canada’s Ride for Diabetes Research. Outside of the office he enjoys jogging, fishing, travelling and fitting in a game of golf whenever possible.
Michael Pupulin brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services to his role as Private Banker, in which he delivers personalized, discrete financial counsel to a select group of clients. Michael is one of two specialized bankers in the Greater Toronto area catering to the professional sports industry.
As Private Banker, Michael and his team - who include a dedicated Private Banking Associate and Manager, Credit Structures - collaborate with a variety of partners throughout RBC to create and deliver tailored, personalized banking packages and high-end credit vehicles. As per each client's unique circumstances, these packages may include specialized wealth management planning, business owner planning, estate planning and domestic and international trust structures. Through this customized Private Banking experience, his clients are able to simplify the many details of their financial lives and focus on their career and personal goals.
Because he works with a relatively small number of clients, Michael is able to ensure responsive service and the level of attention his clients require to focus on other aspects of their lives. When necessary, he will work with his clients' other professional advisors to deliver comprehensive, integrated financial solutions. He has earned his designation as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Personal Financial Planner (PFP), which provides additional financial planning perspective to the solutions he provides. Michael completed his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto in 2013 before obtaining a Juris Doctor degree from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario in 2016. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2017 and is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
Prior to joining RBC, he practiced law at a boutique firm in Toronto, specializing in the areas of Wills and estate planning and corporate/commercial law. While in private practice, he advised clients on a diverse array of estate planning issues including business succession, trust planning, and planning for clients with disabled beneficiaries.
As a Will & Estate Consultant with RBC, he brings his client-centric approach to ensure that individuals receive expert advice tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.

As a Senior Will and Estate Advisor for the Greater Toronto Area, Lesley Donsky brings an approach to estate planning that centers on understanding and addressing the unique needs of each client, working collaboratively with both the client and their trusted advisors to develop a comprehensive and effective estate plan.
Whether clients hope to protect a disabled heir, incorporate succession planning for their business, address the unique concerns arising from second spouses and blended families, minimize family conflicts, or deal with beneficiaries or assets that are situated outside of Canada, Lesley can help craft a tailored estate plan that meets their individual needs.
Lesley is a graduate of the University of Windsor Faculty of Law with a Juris Doctor degree and holds a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) and the Ontario Bar Association (OBA), the Estate Planning Council of Canada and the Junior Trust and Estate Practitioners Group (JTEP), as well as a full member of STEP Canada.
In 2022, Lesley was nominated and shortlisted for the Young Practitioner of the Year Award through the STEP Client Awards, which recognizes excellence among practitioners who demonstrate great promise in the industry.
Before joining RBC Royal Trust, Lesley worked at two of Toronto’s top will and estate planners and estate litigation firms. In addition to her law degree, she earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminology from Western University, where she was awarded the Gold Medal in Criminology for her academic achievement.

Abby specializes in tax and estate planning for high-net-worth and ultra high-net-worth families.
Her guidance supports clients in their relationships with their external professional advisors, with whom she frequently interacts.
Prior to joining High Net Worth Planning Services, Abby provided tax, retirement, estate and financial planning advice to RBC advisors and their clients. She has written articles on various topics including charitable donations, executive compensation, tax planning and retirement planning.
Prior to joining RBC, Abby worked in a medium sized accounting firm assisting business executives and high net worth clients with their tax planning and estate planning. She worked closely with owner-manager shareholders to assess and recommend the best tax planning strategies, the best corporate structure and the most suitable succession plan.
Abby is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor in Economics and Commerce from the University of Toronto. She completed the In-Depth tax courses I and II and the In-Depth Tax Issues for the Owner-Managed Business as well as the Canadian Securities Course. She is also a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and has obtained the STEP Advanced Certificate in Family Business Advising. Abby is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation. Lastly, Abby is a certified Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA), which allows her to address the complex needs of family enterprise clients.
Robyn Solnik, LL.B, TEP

Robyn, together with your primary RBC advisor, helps you explore succession, tax, retirement and estate planning issues you face as a high-net-worth client.
Prior to joining RBC, Robyn acquired her expertise in estates, trusts and succession planning in both private practice and with a major trust company, practicing law in Toronto for 8 years with an emphasis on trusts, estates, succession, planning for incapacity and charities law, and as a will and estate consultant for a well-known Canadian trust company. In 2001, Robyn joined RBC, assisting clients with their overall tax and estate planning, and in 2011, assumed her present position, specializing in assisting high-net-worth clients with their succession, tax, retirement and estate planning.
Robyn obtained her law degree from Osgoode Hall in 1991, and she was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1993. She has completed her in-depth tax courses, levels 1 and 2, as well as the Advanced Tax Issues for the Owner Managed Business Course and the Corporate Reorganizations Course. She has co-authored two books, “Drafting Wills in Ontario: A Lawyer’s Practical Guide” and “Drafting Wills in Canada: A Lawyer’s Practical Guide”.
In addition, Robyn was an instructor at the Estate and Trust Bar Admission Course at the Law Society of Upper Canada.She is an active member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and has obtained the STEP Advanced Certificate in Family Business Advising.
