While every member of the Hayes Vickers Private Wealth team has a distinct and invaluable role, we all share a common objective: to help our clients fulfill their dreams. Each of us is dedicated to building trust and relationships with our clients, with an ultimate goal of delivering positive outcomes that provide peace of mind, financial security and long-standing confidence.
Senior Portfolio Manager & Wealth Advisor
“There isn’t much in the world of wealth that we haven’t seen, and there’s almost nothing we, along with the resources of RBC, can’t do."
Kieron acts as your dedicated coach, ally and advocate in every part of your financial life.
He started his career in retail banking at another financial institution, where he met Michelle – his now-wife and business partner. Financial services looked a little different in that role. It was about selling products to meet one-time needs, and not exactly aligned with the dream Kieron and Michelle shared to be true and trusted partners in their clients’ lives. So, in 1995, Kieron and Michelle made the leap into wealth management together.
Kieron has never looked back. He helps lead our team with a commitment to finding answers and solving problems – whether that means accompanying you to meetings with your lawyer or real estate agent, or collaborating with your accountant to eliminate tax leakage. And, because he’s worked shoulder to shoulder with these types of professionals for over 20 years, the experience he’s accrued extends well beyond investment management.
In addition to his Portfolio Manager qualification, Kieron has earned his Family Enterprise Advisor designation, meaning he can provide advice on a full range of business-related financial concerns. As importantly, when you come to him with a concern he can’t advise on, he combs his network for the right professional and ensures you receive the support you deserve. It’s this high level of service that has led to Kieron’s success within our firm.
Contributing to the community is also important to Kieron. After 11 years as a Director and ultimately Chair of the board for the St. Joseph’s Healthcare Foundation, he was invited to be a Director of the St. Joseph’s Healthcare System Board. In his downtime, Kieron is an avid skier and mountain biker. He and Michelle have a son and daughter, and enjoy how family keeps life busy.
Founding Partner of Hayes Vickers Private Wealth Advisor Experience & Client Strategy Officer at RBC Wealth Management
“A strong investment portfolio is built with personal goals and process – not human emotions. Staying objective and analytical in all market conditions is how we protect your financial future."
Michelle is an analytical thinker and believes every challenge is an exciting code to crack. Her leadership has fostered our problem-solving culture. She joined RBC in 2003, when she and her partner, Kieron, had practiced wealth management together for five years and were ready to further enhance their service level.
Michelle has met the highest industry standards necessary to become a Portfolio Manager. This, coupled with her Master of Economics degree from McMaster University and 20+ years of industry experience, equips her to advise on sound portfolios that prioritize the preservation of your wealth while working steadily towards your goals.
With clients and colleagues alike, Michelle is passionate about empowering others through mentorship and education. She has sat on multiple boards, including the firm’s Advisory Board and its Women’s Advisory Board. Initiatives like these are part of the reason why she received the Jill Max Award in 2019, an award given to individuals who demonstrate her exemplary level of leadership and drive to help others achieve.
Most recently, Michelle’s innovative approach and client-experience advocacy has earned her a role among RBC Wealth Management Canada’s senior leadership as Advisor Experience and Client Strategy Officer, wherein she can continue to serve her long-standing clients in a meaningful way, while also expanding her future-forward influence to all clients across the organization. “I wake up every day motivated and excited about offering clients the pinnacle of service,” she says.
To keep up with her family, Michelle has become a skiing enthusiast. She also loves to cook and spend time with her family.

Team Operations Manager
Keen curiosity is among Sarah’s natural-born traits, and it has played a key part in her career. Having graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2008, Sarah envisioned working in political activism. But when an opportunity at an international mutual fund company opened up, Sarah’s curiosity drew her toward it. In the 15 years that followed, she has built a robust career in finance, including a decade at RBC Wealth Management, where she has held associate as well as associate wealth advisor titles. Sarah joined the Hayes Vickers team in 2019, making a name for herself as someone who is approachable, proactive, and can always find the answer to a client’s question, no matter how complex or obscure.
Today, as our team operations manager, Sarah leans on technical industry knowledge borne from years of experience – as well as the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designations – to ensure our group functions like a well-oiled machine. This entails doing everything from creating and upholding processes to supporting and developing staff. “We hire the best of the best, and it’s my job to make sure they deliver and receive a best-in-class experience,” she says. Be it our clients or her colleagues, Sarah is proud to share her in-depth know-how to set others for success.
Sarah resides in Brantford, Ontario, with her husband, Graham, their young son, Rory, and four beloved family cats: Milo, Biscuit, Bean, and Baxter. When she’s not working or taking Rory on outdoor adventures, Sarah likes to watch football and baseball.
Associate Investment Advisor
Natalia is a bona fide “numbers person.” As our lead investment manager and market analysis specialist, what she appreciates most about her job is the ability to see her work translate into real-life impact for clients. In fact, that’s why she made the move from her previous role as a buy-side analyst in Toronto to the Hayes Vickers team.
Today, Natalia works closely with Kieron and Nichole to understand every ambition, priority and concern that makes you unique, so she can apply her market expertise to designing your fully personalized investment portfolio. Natalia monitors asset allocation, manages and reviews portfolio development, engages in ongoing economic analysis and works closely with the experts in RBC Wealth Management to ensure you benefit from every opportunity that may arise. Especially adept at complex investment strategies, her in-depth reviews and recommendations bring about the best solutions for clients.
Natalia discovered her passion for capital markets and financial services early on, so her university career was methodical and purpose-driven. She obtained two bachelor’s degrees – one in math and computer science, the other in business administration with a concentration in finance and economics. After that, Natalia earned the coveted Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation – the gold standard for financial analysis, and one of the most widely respected titles in any industry. She has also earned the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation and is licensed to trade derivatives and options.
Natalia married her husband, David, in 2019. Outside of the office, she enjoys travelling and spending time with her family, including her sister and brother in Ottawa, whom she visits whenever she gets the chance.
Business Development Lead
Sharp and organized, Lauren thrives in fast-paced environments. Bringing with her six years of retail banking experience, Lauren soon distinguished herself for her ability to keep up with Kieron’s busy schedule and quick mind. Having advanced from administrative assistant to executive assistant to her current role as business development lead, Lauren is truly instrumental to the ongoing success of Hayes Vickers Private Wealth.
Lauren focuses on enhancing and growing our business. A part of her role she particularly cherishes is onboarding new clients. “Our team offers something truly special,” says Lauren. “I am proud to act as an ambassador of sorts, delivering on our promise of a world-class experience from the moment someone becomes a client.”
In addition to well over a decade of experience in finance, Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in communication studies and minors in business administration and French from Wilfrid Laurier University.
When she’s not working, Lauren rarely slows down. She enjoys a busy life with her two young children, Joey and Kate.
Client Experience Associate
Pia brings 15 years of experience in RBC Retail Banking to the team – which makes her especially gifted at identifying opportunities to enhance your wealth through banking services, and collaborating with partners at the bank to deliver them. She is committed to providing the highest quality of service, and works closely with Kieron and Nicky to fulfil your day-to-day needs.
Pia is a proud mother of two girls. She enjoys spending time with her family, baking and travelling.
Administrative Assistant
Following his public servant parents’ example, Jesse always wanted to help people in some capacity. Leaning into his strong mathematical acumen, he studied biomechanical engineering at Queen’s University, aspiring to design assistive technologies. But during his studies, Jesse’s keen interest in business and economics pulled him in another direction. Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2023, he decided to join RBC Dominion Securities and the Hayes Vickers Private Wealth team.
As an administrative assistant, Jesse supports Pia and Amanda, aiding with tasks such as account opening and document processing. In every client interaction, he seeks to find solutions to any problems they may face. He finds problem-solving both rewarding and familiar, an extension of his efforts in school. “The underlying principles of engineering are creative thinking and problem solving: How do you find a solution tailored to a scenario with a specific set of factors, constraints, and budget?” he says. “And that’s what we do here at Hayes Vickers every day.”
A once competitive athlete, Jesse likes to stay active in his down time, be it through rock climbing, skiing, soccer, or hockey. When he’s not working or exercising, you can find him spending quality time with family, watching motorsports, teaching himself to play piano and guitar, or reading a great non-fiction book.
Francesca likes a challenge. That’s why she took several finance courses during her business studies at Brock University, in spite of the fact that she had not enjoyed math class in high school. To Francesca’s surprise, she found finance resonated with her and intrigued her. In 2021, she took a part-time job at another major financial institution and has been developing her client-facing skills in the industry ever since.
Francesca joined RBC Dominion Securities at the start 2023 and the Hayes Vickers team later the same year. As an administrative assistant, Francesca is a first point of contact for clients, helping them with various day-to-day requirements, such as transferring funds and opening accounts, in an organized and timely fashion. She enjoys the collaborative nature of our team and is proud to be part of our above-and-beyond culture. “If the client asks us something – even if it’s something our immediate team doesn’t do – we always find a way to say yes,” says Francesca, whose appetite for challenging work is perpetually satisfied.
In her off hours, Francesca likes to have an adventure – be it via a great read or a long walk with her dog. When she’s able, she also loves to travel. Interspersing with visits to other European locales, Francesca regularly visits family in Potenza, Italy, where she is originally from. She speaks Italian fluently.
Investment Associate
Long intrigued by the business world, Zach opened an investing account the day he turned 18, and soon fell in love with money management. While studying commerce at the University to Guelph, he focused on economics and finance, and set his sights on RBC as a company he could call “home.” Before he graduated, Zach’s dogged determination, hardworking nature and sociable demeanor had gotten him a foot in the door at RBC Dominion Securities as a student intern, and he had completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC). “I’m always thinking of what’s to come and how to put myself ahead,” says Zach, who extends this perspective to client work at Hayes Vickers Private Wealth.
Having joined the team in April of 2022, Zach leans on his past experience and his Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation. He supports Natalia with portfolio management through investment research, due diligence and risk management. He is also a go-to resource for our ultra-high-net-worth clients, providing sophisticated solutions to their complex investing needs.
Zach’s passion for investing transcends his job. He follows the markets closely, even in his off hours. His other interests include golfing, as well as planting and tending to his annual vegetable garden. “I love to see the reward you get for your hard work – here’s a tomato you can eat and share with your friends and family,” he says.
Born in Belgium, raised in Cameroon, and educated in Nigeria and the United Kingdom (U.K.), Sarah has had more diverse life experiences than most. This has given Sarah a glimpse of the broader world and sparked her interest in the global economy and international markets. Mathematically inclined, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Nigeria’s University of Calabar and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Coventry University in the U.K. Sarah held multiple roles in finance, particularly in credit and lending, before settling in Canada in 2020.
Sarah built on her financial education, becoming a licensed investment representative, and earned Canadian work experience at other prominent financial institutions before joining RBC Dominion Securities and the Hayes Vickers team in 2023. As an investment associate with our team, Sarah supports Natalia with in-depth investment research, strategic portfolio construction, and hands-on trading. Sarah prides herself on her attention to detail and her critical thinking skills in the face of complex investment questions.
To continually enhance her financial expertise, Sarah is committed to ongoing education and has completed Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Sarah is also fully bilingual.
When she’s not working or studying, Sarah likes to spend quality time with her husband or solo in her art corner practicing calligraphy.
Having grown up in a business family in northern India, Mansi handled money from a young age at her father’s shop and was witness to countless financial discussions. Studying commerce and then accounting were natural choices for her, and she began her career at a major bank, overseeing taxation as a manager of transactions. In 2018, Mansi moved to Canada and soon joined RBC Direct Investing as an investment service representative.
Mansi built upon her financial skills and industry knowledge – completing multiple courses from the Canadian Securities Institute, and in 2021 she brought her passion for investing to RBC Dominion Securities, joining the Hayes Vickers team in 2022. Supporting Natalia and Zach, Mansi monitors client portfolios and executes all trades for our team. An integral part to ensuring clients’ investments remain up to date and true to their individualized plans, Mansi gets a great sense of satisfaction from knowing her daily work aids in growing people’s wealth.
Mansi spends much of her off hours with her husband, Gunjesh, and their young son, Rudra. The three love to explore nearby towns and taste new cuisines (tacos have become a new favourite). A family of foodies, they like to cook together – little Rudra especially enjoys snacking on cashews as he helps prepare butter chicken.
