Tim has been working in the financial services industry since 1992 both as an advisor and a specialist, where he assisted advisors with providing high-quality financial planning services to their high-net-worth clients.
Prior to joining RBC, he was a Financial Advisor offering investment and insurance solutions while providing comprehensive financial planning guidance and advice to successful executives, farmers, business owners, professionals and other high net worth individuals. Tim’s extensive expertise and experience helps clients address all areas of financial planning.
Tim is a Certified General Accountant and was awarded a Fellowship designation in 2012 by CGA Canada. He is also a Certified Financial Planner and Chartered Life Underwriter (a wealth transfer and estate planning designation).

For his CLU designation, he received the 2017 Dunstall Award for the highest grades in Saskatchewan. As Regional Trust Advisor, Cindy serves clients throughout the province of Saskatchewan. With over 7 years in the banking industry as a Financial Planner, along with her professional experience in a variety of industries, her career has focused on relationship management and developing tailored solutions for clients and their complex needs.
Cindy obtained her B. Admin from the University of Regina and continued to pursue her professional development by obtaining both her CFP and CPA designations. Cindy is continuing in her educational development through undertaking her Trust and Estate Practitioner designation. Her demonstrated knowledge and expertise in financial planning and strategy provides tremendous value to both her clients and partners in working through their estate planning needs.
As Regional Trust Advisor Cindy can discuss estate settlement and administration services, trustee services, trust structures, and other specialized services offered through RBC Estate & Trust Services throughout Canada. She works with individuals, families and businesses who wish to protect their assets and transfer their wealth for generations. Cindy will provide a customized solution to help individuals carry out their executor duties, expedite the estate settlement process, and maximize the estate’s value through knowledgeable handling of estate and tax issues.
With more than 7 years of industry experience, Cindy brings to each client the necessary skillset to provide both the technical expertise as well as the genuine understanding of the emotional complexities that underlie these issues. A graduate of the University of Winnipeg, Donald Bell received his Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba, and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1984.
Donald is a practicing member of the Law Society of Manitoba and has also earned the Registered Financial Planner (R.F.P.), Chartered Financial Planner, Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designations.
Donald Bell is a lawyer who has held senior positions with several investment and life insurance companies. He has extensive experience from both the head office and field perspective in the areas of wills, estates, taxation, insurance, financial and retirement planning. Donald provides analysis and development of advanced estate, tax, insurance and wealth planning strategies for high net worth clients, working in conjunction with their advisors.
Donald is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the Institute of Advanced Financial Planners and the Financial Planners Standards Council (FPSC). He has spoken at numerous industry gatherings and public seminars on investment, estate, financial planning, and insurance matters.
Donald is also very active in his community where he is involved with a number of charitable organizations.
