Steven completed his Bachelor of Business Administration at York University in 1989 and subsequently completed the CICA In-Depth Tax course. He has also achieved the advanced designations of Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
During his time as a tax and financial practitioner with several professional service firms, Steven specialized in Canadian, U.S. and cross-border personal income taxation, and provided planning and preparation services to clients. He also has professional experience with the RBC Tax Advisory Group and RBC Dexia, where he provided tax advice to various business units within RBC.
As an experienced practitioner in financial matters, Steven has written or contributed to many research articles, industry publications, training materials and client presentations.
Steven’s role as a Financial Planning Specialist is to work with, and support, your advisor in preparing and presenting comprehensive financial planning solutions.
As a Premier Banking Advisor, Varsha Parray provides banking and credit solutions to select high net worth individuals and their families. Acting as a single point of contact, she partners with Investment Advisors and Counsellors across the Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Newmarket and Aurora regions, and provides personalized service and tailored advice to efficiently and effectively manage their day-to-day banking needs.
With 10 years of experience in financial services with RBC, Varsha is respected by her clients and industry peers, and has received top performer recognition.
Varsha is committed to giving back to her community, and volunteered and participated in the RBC Race for the Kids.
Born in Trinidad in the West Indies and raised in Toronto from the age of 7, Varsha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology Degree from York University and a Human Resource Management Certificate from Seneca College.
She currently resides in the Toronto area with her husband and two children and when she isn’t hard at work for her clients, you’ll find her spending time with her family and friends, reading and developing her green thumb.

Ilana received her Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University in 2004 and Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2007. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2008.
Prior to joining RBC, Ilana practiced in the areas of estate, incapacity and commercial litigation at a major national law firm.
Ilana joined RBC Wealth Management in November 2010 and worked for seven years as part the Wealth Management team, providing tax, estate and financial planning information to RBC advisors for their clients.
Ilana is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
