High Net Worth Planning Services
As a private banker with RBC Wealth Management, Private Banking, Kevin Neiser, provides comprehensive wealth management and financing strategies to high-net-worth business owners, executives, professionals and their families.
Based in Hamilton, Ontario, Kevin works with a select number of clients in the market to address their often-complex banking, credit and wealth management needs by providing tailored seamless banking and financial solutions.
When necessary, he partners with specialists from across RBC in order to work collaboratively to provide a complete range of complementary services, from investment management to estate and legacy planning, and from domestic and international trust services to sophisticated credit and leverage strategies to support individual short and long term goals.
Kevin offers an extensive background in client relationship to his role as private banker. He draws on over 20 years of experience within RBC, which includes his work with business owners and professionals while in RBC's Commercial Financial Services group.
A graduate of the University of Guelph specializing with a degree in Economics, Kevin has continued to deepen his knowledge and expertise as he currently works towards his Personal Financial Planning (PFP) designation.
Away from the office, Kevin enjoys skiing, camping and trips to Disney World with his wife and children.
Will & Estate Consultant
As a Will & Estate Consultant, Sara Bond provides comprehensive estate planning services which includes providing clients with an efficient estate plan.
Following her call to the Bar, Sara has worked for major trust companies working in a variety of roles involving estate administration and estate planning. Prior to joining RBC, Sara’s last role was Senior Advisor- Planning and Advisory Services, where she advised clients on a variety of wills, trusts, estate planning matters.
Sara obtained a Joint Honors Bachelor degree from York University, and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sussex, U.K. Sara has also completed a Master of Laws in taxation, from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University.
Sara is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario, and is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, Trusts & Estates Law section.
Financial Planning Specialist
Jennifer Janeczko completed her Masters of Taxation degree at the University of Waterloo in 2004 after completing a postgraduate diploma in Financial Planning from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2001.
Prior to joining RBC in 2015, Jennifer gained a unique understanding of planning for the owner-manager through various roles within the insurance and accounting industries. Her professional experience includes working extensively with high net worth individuals and their advisors dealing with estate and succession planning, corporate and personal tax, insurance planning, family trusts, private foundations and charitable organizations.
Jennifer has over 10 years of taxation experience, is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, sits on the board of directors of the Estate Planners’ Council of Hamilton and is a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Suzanne Schultz, CPA, CA, CFP, CLU

She was featured as an expert on BNN and HGTV's House Poor and has contributed to the Globe and Mail, National Post and co-authored 78 Tax Tips for Canadians for Dummies.
Suzanne uses her in-depth technical knowledge to carefully understand what can complicate your unique financial situation and collaborates with your other professionals to uncover where you might be exposed to excessive taxes and risk. This planning is essential for business owners, professionals, executives and those with charitable goals.
Thomas Seah, CLU, BA (Econ)

As Vice-President & Estate Planning Specialist, Thomas specializes in the preservation and enhancement of wealth. He employs a comprehensive process to assess your wealth management needs and recommend creative, tax-exempt insurance solutions to address them.
Thomas will create a tailored plan using insurance solutions to increase and secure your wealth, reduce the impact of future taxation and structure your estate so your wealth is transferred to your heirs in accordance with your wishes. Thomas evaluates various insurance offerings including life insurance, annuity and living benefits.
Thomas joined the insurance industry in 1984 after completing a university degree in economics. In 1995, he joined RBC Wealth Management and is one of the agency’s longest serving employees. Highlighting his commitment to the industry, Thomas also holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation.
Premier Banking
As a Premier Banking Advisor, Amy DiRenzo provides banking and credit solutions to select high net worth individuals and their families. Acting as a single point of contact, she partners with Investment Advisors and Counsellors in Hamilton, Brantford, St. Catharines, Niagara Falls and Simcoe and provides personalized service, and tailored advice to effectively and efficiently manage their day-to-day banking needs.
With over 17 years of experience in financial services within RBC, Amy is respected by her clients, peers and the industry, and has enjoyed success in several different roles in assisting clients to achieve their goals. She has also been awarded and recognized a top performer.
Amy is deeply committed to giving back to the community. She has volunteered with various charities such as the Ronald McDonald House as well as the Hospital for Sick Children.
Born and raised in Niagara Region, in her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time and travelling with her husband and four year old daughter.
