2018 Discretionary Branch Manager of the Year Award Winner
"Kingston is the top branch in Eastern & Western Ontario for A+ penetration as a result of Jennifer encouraging the branch to focus more on wealth management and less on specific stock selection. Outbound Estate & Trust referrals are top in the Region, and fee-based asset growth was 11% year over year as of September 30, 2018 compared to 9% for the firm.
Under Jennifer’s leadership, the Kingston branch has been involved in a number of community and charitable events. Jennifer has also been involved in the Women’s Advisory Board for a number of years which takes her to a number of events across the country. Many managers draw on Jennifer’s expertise and input for their women’s events.
All of these successes and community involvement do not happen without the encouragement and support of a good leader. Keep up the great work and well done Jennifer!"
