Jason focuses on working with clients to create personalized financial solutions tailored to suit their specific financial goals and objectives. In addition, he is the coordinator between the clients and each of their trusted advisors.

Jason is a Chartered Investment Manager and has spent the last 20 years serving affluent investors and their families. Prior to working at RBC Dominion Securities Jason worked with Scotia Wealth Management, serving institutional and high-net-worth clients. In 2015 Jason won the “Best of the Best” award at Scotia Wealth Management for being a top performer in sales and service.

In Jason’s free time he is a dedicated father to his young son and daughter. Jason has been married since 2002 and enjoys coaching soccer while playing senior soccer year round with the Gorge Soccer Association.

Kate is an integral part of our wealth management team. She is passionate about helping clients administer their finances and understand their results. Through her efficient administrative support, she allows the clients to easily manage their money and focus instead on what’s important to them. In addition to responding to client inquiries and requests, Kate liaises with head office to keep our business running smoothly.

Prior to joining RBC Dominion Securities in June 2016, Kate worked as a bookkeeper and administrator at an accounting firm. She provided accounting, financial reporting, and tax services to many local entrepreneurs. On top of this, she was also the primary admin staff who handled the firm’s reception, internal controls, and tracking of important due dates.

Kate has completed the Canadian Securities Course, Conduct and Practices Handbook, and 30-Day Training programs to become an IIROC licensed Investment Representative. She has also earned her Bachelor of Business Administration - Accounting degree from Camosun College.

Thomas graduated from the University of Victoria in 2018 with a Bachelor's of Arts in History. He has three years of experience at RBC Dominion Securities.

With a strong eye for detail, Thomas assists with the day to day running of the team, along with being a friendly voice on the other end of the phone for client calls. 

In his spare time he enjoys hiking and camping on the beautiful West Coast.

 

Tim Greengoe, MBA, CFP, CLU, CHS

Estate Planning Specialist

Tim began his career in the financial services industry in 1992. He has built a reputation as a capable advisor, mentor, trainer and knowledgeable estate planning and insurance professional. In collaboration with your trusted advisors, Tim follows a proven process featuring a customized, client-centric, goals-based approach to create, protect, enhance and transfer wealth.

In addition to a bachelor’s degree in political science and an MBA, Tim is also a Certified Financial Planner, a Chartered Life Underwriter and a Certified Health Insurance Specialist.

Tim has called Vancouver Island home since 1980 and settled in Victoria, B.C., in 1985, where he enjoys the west coast lifestyle with his wife, two sons, extended family and friends. Tim coaches youth soccer, is an avid cyclist and loves to walk his dog Magnus.
