This week, we had the pleasure of hosting clients Carey and Angela Price along with their three kids for a fun and interactive financial literacy workshop right here in our office.
The theme of the day? How to Save, Spend, Invest, and Share.
Armed with mason jars, stickers, and a little creativity, the kids learned about the four simple buckets where money can go. The activity gave them a chance to decorate their jars, ask questions, and think about how they might use their money in real life—whether it’s saving up for something special, spending wisely, investing for the future, or giving back to others.
It didn’t take long before the table was covered in stickers, the jars were filling up, and the kids were coming up with their own money strategies. (Let’s just say some future investors might already be in the making!) Carey and Angela shared in the fun, helping the kids think about choices, trade-offs, and dreams—all while keeping things playful.
Watching these young savers, spenders, investors, and sharers in action was a true highlight for our team and it was an absolute joy to see the Price family making memories while building money smarts together!
