Giving back within our community is an important core value for Hymers Private Wealth of RBC Dominion Securities. It was lovely to have had the KGH Foundation recognize our efforts. In 2020, our team decided to find a fun and meaningful way to give back and landed on the opportunity to initiate a weekly volunteer shift at the Kelowna General Hospital Foundation’s Perking lot. Although it originally started with only the Hymers Private Wealth team, the enthusiasm was contagious. We are proud to have expanded our group of volunteers to now also include the Kelowna RBC Dominion Securities office. To date, we are celebrating a total of 624 volunteer hours and 156 shifts.

It has been a fantastic team-building exercise and a rewarding way to give back to the Kelowna General Hospital Foundation, which does so much to support health and wellness in our community.
