Shannon worked in private practice for ten years before joining RBC in 2010.
She specialized in the areas of Wills & estate planning, estate administration and real estate. Shannon graduated from the University of Guelph with a Honours B.A. and received her LL.B. from the University of Toronto in 1998. She is a Member of the Law Society of Ontario.
Shannon lives in Woodstock, Ontario with her husband and three kids.

Grant attended Concordia University in Montreal where he completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1992. He holds three financial planning designations, a Specialist designation from the Trust Institute, and is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Grant has completed the in-depth tax program with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (Levels I, II and III).
Grant has over 25 years of progressive experience in various roles within the financial services field. In addition to his work with RBC Wealth Management, he is currently teaching Tax and Estate Planning courses for the Institut Québecois de Planification Financière to support the continuing education requirements of financial planners in the province of Quebec. Grant has also provided support to the Financial Planners Standards Council of Canada as a subject matter expert and has taught financial planning courses at George Brown College in Toronto.

Prior to joining RBC Family Office Services, Scott provided services for four years to RBC clients as a Commercial Account Manager, focused on owner- managed business and agriculture clients, and four years as a Private Banker, assisting high net worth clients with personal banking, credit and financial planning needs.
Scott is member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, and the Financial Planners Standard Council. He is a Canadian Association of Family Enterprises trained family business facilitator, a Family Business Advisor and graduate of the University of Guelph with an animal science and agriculture business degree. He is also a member of the Canadian Association of Farm Advisers and holds a CAFA designation, (Certified Agriculture Farm Advisor).

Bobby has over 15 years of experience working with owners of privately held businesses to help them develop business succession, tax and estate planning solutions tailored to their goals and objectives. Prior to joining High Net Worth Planning Services, Bobby provided tax, retirement, estate and financial planning advice to RBC advisors and their clients. He has written articles on various topics including determining the value of a business, farm succession planning, tax planning and retirement planning.
Prior to joining RBC, Bobby was a Vice President at a boutique business valuation firm in Toronto where he worked with business owners to help them determine the value of their business for divestitures, litigation, tax and estate planning purposes. He also worked with owners to help them identify the value drivers of their business.
Bobby is a Chartered Business Valuator, a Chartered Professional Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto. He has also completed all three levels of the CPA In-Depth Tax Course.
Jeremiah has the ability to connect with businesses on what matters most to them. With over 19 years of experience in the finance industry, he believes a company is only as strong as its employees and that investment and care toward employer-employee relationships are paramount.
Working as a Commercial Account Manager and Group Consultant for most of his career, Jeremiah has an understanding of what it takes to build and enhance client relationships. Building successful partnerships is a process of trust and understanding, which Jeremiah takes as a long-term commitment and responsibility.
Jeremiah has lived in Southwestern Ontario his whole life, with his wife and two boys. Keeping busy with travel, golf, hockey, and baseball and supporting the community as co-founder of the organization 100 Men who Care Hamilton.
Jeremiah studied economics, finance, and philosophy at Western University, and has a Financial Services diploma from Fanshawe College. He is working on completing his Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation through the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans and Dalhousie University with his RPA portion (Pensions) completed.
As a Private Banking Premier Advisor, Monica Gonsalves provides tailored financial solutions for the banking and credit needs of select high-net-worth clients that work with RBC's Wealth Management partners in the Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, and Orangeville communities.
As a part of this relationship, Monica will access specialists from across RBC in order to work collaboratively to provide a complete range of complementary services that include credit and leverage strategies to support individual short and long term goals.
Monica offers an extensive background in client relationship to her role as a Premier Advisor, drawing on 12 years of experience within RBC, consisting of a wide range of Insurance, Leadership and Advisory positions.
Monica attended Seneca College, completed a number of Coaching and Communication courses, and has continued to deepen her knowledge and expertise through the Canadian Securities Institute with key industry designations such as IFIC, PFSA and FP1. She was the head coach to the Guelph Knights U12 and U13 basketball teams for two years, and continues to volunteer her time in the community.
Away from the office, Monica enjoys spending time at the family cottage in Bayfield, practicing yoga and playing guitar.
