Austin joined the financial services industry over eight years ago with a commitment to helping clients reach their goals. With a background in economics and computer engineering, Austin saw an opportunity to build his expertise in an industry that contributes to the financial well-being of individuals and families. In his current role, Austin draws on his considerable organizational skills to support our team’s daily operations. His responsibilities include managing client documentation, processing account transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and he fulfills them while delivering the highest level of client service. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate Austin’s warm demeanor, reliability, efficiency and attention to detail.
Away from work, Austin enjoys traveling, and developing indie games with his friends. He also organizes a basketball league in midtown Toronto and is a part of the Charles H. Ivey Foundation.
