Mona-Lisa is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Major in Accounting) from Université de Moncton. Mona-Lisa has completed the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada’s In-Depth Tax Course. She also holds the Financial Planner designation from the Quebec Institute of Financial Planners (IQPF) and the Certified Financial Planner designation from the Financial Planning Standards Council (FPSC).
Prior to joining RBC, Mona-Lisa was employed as a tax manager at one of the world’s leading accounting firms. She specialized in providing personal, corporate, and estate planning services to high-net-worth individuals and their owner-managed entities.
Mona-Lisa believes that planning is critical to helping people meet their financial goals. Mona-Lisa’s role is to work with and support your advisor in preparing and presenting comprehensive Compass Financial Plans.

Jason is an integral member of the team, helping to create, preserve and increase wealth by incorporating insurance-based solutions within comprehensive financial plans.

Specializing in estate planning, Jason applies innovative and tax-efficient solutions to a variety of wealth management issues and is skilled at simplifying their complexities. His individualized approach to personal and corporate insurance planning helps clients achieve their wealth management objectives and reach their estate and financial goals.

Beginning his financial services career in 1996, Jason joined RBC in 2006. Beforehand, he spent 10 years with a leading life insurer, focused on providing insurance solutions expertise to advisors and their teams.

As a Senior Trust Advisor, Natalie Melanson works with individuals, families, and businesses to provide customized estate, trust and incapacity solutions. She is responsible for managing a complex book of accounts for clients throughout the Atlantic Region.

Whether it is helping someone to settle an estate, establishing a trust to ensure the successful transfer of family assets, or arranging to assist with the administration and responsibilities for a power of attorney, Natalie can help.

She is a graduate of the University of Ottawa with an Honours Bachelor of Social Sciences in Economics and Public Policy, and has continued to deepen her knowledge and expertise with key industry designations, such as the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation, and is an active participant of STEP Canada.

Natalie is well known within the local estate and trust industry and delivers well-balanced advice by staying abreast of product, industry, investment, tax, and legislative developments. With a career focused on building client relationships, she is dedicated to assisting in the preservation, management, and transfer of wealth between generations by providing solutions to implement her clients’ estate and trust plans.

Colin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Hons.) from the University of New Brunswick, and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Ottawa. He is an active member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a member in good standing of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society.

Following his call to the Bar, Colin worked in private practice primarily in the areas of Wills, estates, trusts and real estate law, along with insurance and personal injury litigation. Colin joined RBC Royal Trust in 2021, working exclusively in the field of Wills, estates and trusts law, before joining Family Office Services as a Will & Estate Consultant.

As a Will & Estate Consultant, Colin would be pleased to work with you and your advisor on your estate planning, to provide comprehensive and practical solutions that meet the client’s individual needs.

While born in the Maritimes, Raphael resided in different cities coast to coast from Vancouver to Montreal and now lives in Moncton (New-Brunswick). He fluently speaks both French and English. Once Danielle understands your specific requirements to customize your company's Group Savings program solution, she will support and guide you through the development and implementation process. With 13 years of experience within the financial services industry, completion of her RPA designation in March 2021, Danielle brings the expertise required to provide specialized advice that will optimize the benefits to you and your employees.

Bliss Fulton offers an extensive background in client relationships as a Private Banker. She draws on 33 years of experience within RBC, consisting of a wide range of roles within Retail Banking, Account Management of Investments, and Financial Planning.

Bliss has continued to deepen her knowledge and is completing her Certified Financial Planning Designations. She has knowledge and expertise with key industry designations such as Personal Financial Planner, Healthcare Specialist and Business Owner Planning. Bliss volunteers with Outflow, United Way and BGC Club.

Away from the office, Bliss enjoys kayaking, travelling and being with her family.

As Private Banker in Halifax, Tim Hilton provides expert financial counsel to a select group of high-net-worth clients and their families throughout Atlantic Canada.

Mr. Hilton works closely with his clients to complete an initial deep discovery to uncover clients’ financial needs and to apply tailored solutions that simplify and streamline the management of the family’s wealth. As needed, Mr. Hilton can bring in a full range of RBC and external specialists who can create detailed wealth management plans for investment, estate, business succession, tax or charitable giving needs. Tim also provides a sophisticated suite of credit tools that can support his clients’ current lending needs, in turn helping them grow their wealth.

Because he works with a relatively small number of clients, Mr. Hilton and his team can provide the level of attention his clients require so they can focus on other aspects of their lives. Clients value his discretion in advising them through all stages of their finances, as well as his significant expertise gained through years of industry experience as well as a Commerce degree from Mount Allison University and an MBA from Saint Mary’s University. Mr. Hilton has also achieved his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation, Certified Management Accounting (CMA) designation and his Personal Financial Planning (PFP) designation.

When he isn’t travelling, Mr. Hilton is an active member of his community, volunteering his time with many organizations. A busy husband and father to four young children, Mr. Hilton spends his time outside of the office chauffeuring his children to soccer, hockey, piano and downhill skiing. If he gets the chance he also enjoys football and being active.
