Erica began her career with Dominion Securities after graduating from the University of Guelph in 1994 with her degree in Economics and certificate in Human Resources Management.
Erica has completed her Chartered Financial Planning designation (CFP), her Canadian Investment Management designation, her Partners, Directors and Officers course, her Options and Options Supervisory licenses, Level Two Estate Planning/Insurance, and Fellowship in the Canadian Securities Institute as of 1996. Erica has always focused on a holistic approach to wealth management with her clients, and is continually upgrading her professional credentials.
Working in Cambridge, Erica enjoys building relationships with her clients and within the community where she lives. Her creative, structured and enthusiastic business approach is the cornerstone of her commitment to her clients, which in turn builds strong long-term partnerships.
Away from the office, Erica enjoys travel, golf, theatre, and outdoor activities. She is philanthropic and active in the Cambridge community. Having served on many boards throughout the years, she is currently working with the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation and has held various chair positions for the Preston Hespeler Rotary Club. Erica was awarded with the 2010 Personal Business Achievement award as well as the Keith Taylor Memorial award in 2014 from the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce recognizing her outstanding commitment to the Cambridge community.
