Erica holds the Chartered Financial Planner (CFP) and Canadian Investment Manager designations, along with advanced licensing in options and estate planning. She has her options supervision and completed the Partners, Directors and Senior Officers course and maintains her Fellowship in the Canadian Securities Institute. Her approach is grounded in comprehensive wealth management — integrating investment strategy, tax efficiency, retirement, and estate planning — so clients can make confident financial decisions.
Known for her disciplined yet highly personal style, Erica focuses on understanding what matters most to each family and building strategies that preserve wealth while supporting the life they envision. Many of her client relationships span generations, reflecting the trust placed in her guidance and her commitment to long-term partnership.
Outside the office, Erica enjoys travel, golf, theatre, and outdoor pursuits. She is deeply committed to her community, actively supporting local initiatives, and has served in leadership roles with organizations such as Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation and the Preston Hespeler Rotary Club.
She has been honoured with the 2010 Personal Business Achievement Award, the 2014 Keith Taylor Memorial Award from the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce and most recently, the King Charlies III coronation medal for her contributions to the community.
