Associate Advisor
As an Associate Advisor at RBC Dominion Securities, Zach provides access to extensive services to help clients build and protect their wealth. He draws upon his analytical skills, portfolio management abilities, and seven years of financial industry experience to guide clients throughout their financial journey.
To complement his knowledge and broaden his skills, Zach has obtained the advanced industry designation of Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) through the Canadian Securities Institute. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Saskatchewan.
His dedication to clients extends beyond the office. In his spare time, Zach often listens to industry-related podcasts or reads insightful books and articles, noting items clients may find of interest. He also enjoys playing many sports, including hockey and golf, and how these leisure pursuits keep him physically active and engaged in friendly competition.
Staying true to his small-town roots, Zach gives back to various community organizations, including his annual scholarship to the most deserving Foam Lake Minor Hockey Player.
Along with his wife, Kristi, Zach grew up in a farming family, where hard work was an expectation, not a choice. This way of life is exactly how they intend to raise their son, Niko, and any future children. When not helping clients, Zach spends quality time with his family. These are moments he has not taken for granted since becoming a father.

Dustin is a Portfolio Manager with RBC Dominion Securities and has dedicated his career to helping individuals achieve financial prosperity. With over 20 years of experience and continued learning, he has honed his expertise in financial matters and investing, earning designations as a Personal Financial Planner (PFP) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM).
Proud to be born in Saskatchewan, Dustin graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan. His passion for numbers and commitment to excellence have made him a trusted advisor to his clients.
Dustin’s interest in investing and the financial markets began in high school. He delivered papers for the Star Phoenix and would study the business section to stay up to date on market trends. Later, that interest landed him at the top of his class in the TD Investment Challenge during university.
To further his knowledge, Dustin has devoured books by investment legends, including Benjamin Graham, Warren Buffet’s teacher, Jack Bogle, and Peter Lynch. These timeless insights have shaped Dustin’s investment philosophy and disciplined approach.
Active in the community, Dustin has served on various boards, including the Chamber of Commerce, Melfort Primary Health Care, the Melfort Volleyball Association and currently, the Melfort Soccer Association. He also gives through charitable endeavours, such as cooking meals for children at Ronald McDonald House and supporting Telemiracle.
Dustin and his wife, Penny, are devoted parents to their three children. He has coached and guided his kids’ volleyball, fastball, and soccer teams, instilling life skills and teamwork values. Outside the office, Dustin enjoys snowboarding and golfing with friends, and he cherishes quality time with his family, taking them on annual ski trips and vacations.
