Don graduated from the University of Western Ontario with his Honours Business Administration degree in 1992. Shortly after, Don began his career at RBC Dominion Securities. Since then he has built a successful practice based on the trust and respect of his clients, and by providing the highest quality advice and service.
Don actively pursues his professional development, and has been designated a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI). In addition, Don has obtained his futures, options and insurance qualifications in order to meet all of his clients’ financial requirements. Don has had the unique experience of being mentored by Everett Fleming and Doug Neal, Bay Street veterans with over 80 years combined experience. Don has also been recognized as a pioneer in the wealth management of professional athletes, working closely with player agents to help their clients achieve their financial objectives.

Don grew up in Windsor, Ontario. He played college football at the University of Western Ontario and was drafted by the Calgary Stampeders of the CFL. He is an avid golfer and a member of the Thornhill Golf and Country Club. Don is passionate about coaching and contributes his time to coaching kids in various sports throughout Toronto. For over a decade, Don was the head coach of various North Toronto Huskies boys and girls rep basketball teams. Don’s wife, Orla, is from Ireland and they have a son, Declan and a daughter, McKenna.
