Davita Werry provides discretionary investment management services to individuals, their families, companies, and foundations. She has a passion for building long-term and lasting relationships by taking the time to get to know her clients on a personal level. This enables her to develop a truly tailored wealth management approach based on each client's unique circumstances to maximize their overall financial well-being.
Working closely with individuals and their families, she constructs customized portfolios based on financial circumstances, investment objectives, and long-term goals tailored towards specific life stages. The team also uses in-house experts in financial planning, tax, business owner planning, and will & estate planning to deliver a comprehensive wealth management experience.
Davita has been a finance professional for over 18 years with experience across a diverse set of industries and geographies. Prior to joining PH&N, Davita was a Vice President on the RBC Capital Markets trading floor in the Risk Solutions Group, working with companies ranging from tech start-ups and small business to multinational corporations and institutional money managers. Originally from Vancouver, Davita's career took her to Toronto, Calgary, London England,and Europe, before the birth of their second child brought her family back home to Vancouver. These experiences gave her an in-depth understanding of the macro forces that drive markets as well as the psychology behind the investor behavior and how it impacts financial decisions.
Davita graduated with honours in Finance as the Most Outstanding Female Student in the UBC Sauder School of Business. She holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of both the CFA institute and CFA Society Vancouver.
Outside of work, Davita enjoys participating in a variety of charity events ranging from fun runs to cooking evenings. She also has a passion for mentorship.
Davita lives in Vancouver with her husband and two sons. Her interests include skiing, racquet sports, running, swimming and reading.
