Michel Bétournay, planificateur financier, a obtenu un baccalauréat en administration des affaires avec spécialisation en comptabilité de l’École des hautes études commerciales de Montréal (HEC Montréal) en 1991. Il détient en outre, depuis 2002, le titre de planificateur financier décerné par l’Institut québécois de planification financière (IQPF).
Michel travaille au sein du Groupe de la Banque Royale du Canada depuis 1993. Il compte quatorze années d’expérience à titre de planificateur financier, dont douze avec l’équipe de planification financière Compas.
Son rôle est de travailler avec votre conseiller et de l’aider à préparer et à présenter des plans financiers Compas complets.
As a Premier Advisor with RBC Wealth Management Private Banking, Rawan Haddadin provides personal service and tailored advice to help clients save time and effectively manage their day to day banking needs.
Working as a single point of contact, Rawan will access specialists from across the organization in order to provide a complete range of complementary services to support the individual short and long term goals of our Wealth Management clients in the Oakville/Burlington area.
Rawan draws on five years of experience within RBC, where she has had the opportunity to engage in several aspects of our retail growth strategy, helping drive RBC's direction for the future and foster long-term client relationships across multiple channels within our Communities.
Rawan successfully attained her Architectural Engineering Degree from the University of Jordan, and when arriving in Canada received her Diploma in Interior Design from the International Career School of Canada. She currently holds accreditation through the Canadian Securities Institute for IFIC, and is focused on delivering an Exceptional Advice Experience for high net worth households that work directly with our Wealth Management partners.
Away from the office, Rawan enjoys cooking and walking her dog Rocky.
As a Premier Advisor with RBC Wealth Management, Amira Saleh-Muallem works as a single point of contact, providing banking and credit solutions for select high net worth clients and their families. Partnering with Investment Advisors and Counsellors across the region, she provides personalized service, and tailored advice to efficiently manage their day to day banking needs.
She offers an extensive banking background with over 15 years of experience with RBC. She is a respected team member that provides compassion, empathy and care in everything she does. At first point of contact Amira listens, understands and takes ownership to resolve any concerns that may arise. Her main focus is providing an exceptional client experience. She also holds a Personal Financial Service Advice certificate.
Outside of finance, Amira currently resides in the Burlington area, multilingual, proficient in English and Arabic enjoys keeping active with Mediterranean culinary experiments, music, hiking and spending time with family.
Suzanne Schultz, CPA, CA, PFA, AVA

Avant RBC, Suzanne a bâti sa carrière au sein d’un grand cabinet comptable et d’une firme boutique en planification fiscale et successorale. En plus de détenir des titres professionnels, elle a complété le Cours fondamental de fiscalité de l’ICCA. Invitée en qualité d’experte sur BNN et à l’émission House Poor de HGTV, elle a aussi contribué des articles au Globe and Mail, au National Post et est la coauteure de 78 Tax Tips for Canadians for Dummies.
Suzanne se sert de ses grandes compétences techniques pour bien comprendre votre situation financière unique, et elle collabore avec vos autres professionnels afin de découvrir à quels impôts et risques excessifs vous pourriez être exposé. Jennifer Janeczko, M.Tax

Jennifer Janeczko completed her Masters of Taxation degree at the University of Waterloo in 2004 after completing a postgraduate diploma in Financial Planning from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2001.
Prior to joining RBC in 2015, Jennifer gained a unique understanding of planning for the owner-manager through various roles within the insurance and accounting industries. Her professional experience includes working extensively with high net worth individuals and their advisors dealing with estate and succession planning, corporate and personal tax, insurance planning, family trusts, private foundations and charitable organizations.
Jennifer has over 10 years of taxation experience, is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, sits on the board of directors of the Estate Planners’ Council of Hamilton and is a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Grant Henri, PFP, F.Pl., TEP
Vice-President, High Net Worth Planning Services, Family Office Services, RBC Wealth Management
Grant attended Concordia University in Montreal where he completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1992. He holds three financial planning designations, a Specialist designation from the Trust Institute, and is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Grant has completed the in-depth tax program with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (Levels I, II and III).
Grant has over 25 years of progressive experience in various roles within the financial services field. In addition to his work with RBC Wealth Management, he is currently teaching Tax and Estate Planning courses for the Institut Québecois de Planification Financière to support the continuing education requirements of financial planners in the province of Quebec. Grant has also provided support to the Financial Planners Standards Council of Canada as a subject matter expert and has taught financial planning courses at George Brown College in Toronto.
