I was recently asked to participate in a round table event welcoming the students who will be working in various departments of RBC for the summer. It's always great connecting with colleagues in other areas of RBC - meeting and sharing our experiences with such a talented and eager group of students made this event extra special.

RBC recently conducted a major study of the Canadian workforce and produced the report Humans Wanted: How Canadian Youth Can Thrive in the Age of Disruption.  The findings of this report inspired initiatives like the RBC Future launch (which I wrote about here) and the commitment to providing valuable experience through summer student programs. The students that I had the pleasure of meeting inspire confidence and I have no doubt that they will indeed thrive!
