Life ebbs and flows - moments change, feelings shift, circumstances evolve.

What didn’t fit this time may have fit before, and it may fit again in the future.

When I pause and ask myself, ‘am I being a good person, making a good choice?’, it keeps me centred.

It’s not about tackling everything at once.

It’s about presence.

Integrity.

And returning to my core, again and again.
