I don’t know about you but as one day seeps into the next...

as I go about my routine,

as I go about the DOING necessary to accomplish my BHAG,

as I try to pack in as much as possible

I often have to force myself to pause...

To be quiet.

To be silent.

To Listen.

I have been programmed to think it is a waste of time to slow down, to stop what I am doing and take a break.

But, like a car running on gasoline...

a pit stop to fuel up is required.

But, like a car running on a battery...

a pause to re-charge is required.
