Vulnerability is simultaneously my superpower and my kryptonite.

I began to reflect on vulnerability even more after a recently aired interview with Susan Blain on my podcast, The Cash Rich Exit Podcast.

Being deeply empathic means absorbing the energies of others, yet in times of limited resources, I realize the importance of self-care, something I've neglected.
