A Mama Bear and her cubs crossed my path last year.

(If the bears seem like little specks in the picture it’s because “objects in the mirror are closer than they appear” so to speak! These bears were about 500m or less away from me.

Encountering this mama bear and her cubs is a metaphor for me on the journey of women in business and leadership. A testament to adaptability, courage, and the unexpected twists our paths can take.

Just like the mama bear, women around the world are leading their families and teams with power and grace, often adjusting their courses to ensure safety, progress, and success.
