En sa qualité de spécialiste en planification successorale, Caroline aide les clients à réaliser leurs objectifs de gestion de patrimoine en appliquant des solutions d'assurance. Son expérience en tant qu'ancienne chiropraticiennepropriétaire lui permet de cerner les préoccupations et les objectifs des clients. Elle a une vision et une approche holistiques avec un seul objectif : trouver des solutions personnalisées pour chaque situation.
Confrontée à un problème de santé critique dans sa famille, Caroline a fermé son cabinet après dix ans de pratique. Son expérience directe lui a permis de connaître et de comprendre les avantages de l'assurance ainsi que le processus de réclamation. Caroline a ensuite passé 10 ans à travailler pour une compagnie d'assurances canadienne, avant de se joindre à RBC. Elle y a partagé ses connaissances, son expérience et sa passion pour l'assurance-vie.
Caroline est une sportive et elle aime parcourir le monde avec sa famille.

As a Will & Estate Consultant, Sara Bond provides comprehensive estate planning services which includes providing clients with an effcient estate plan. Sara is distinguished in her feld as an internationally recognized Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), a designation that displays her advanced knowledge and experience to identify and address developments in the trusts and
estates industry.
Following her call to the Bar, Sara has worked for major trust companies working in a variety of roles involving estate administration and estate planning. Prior to joining RBC, Sara’s last role was Senior Advisor- Planning and Advisory Services, where she advised clients on a variety of Wills, trusts, estate planning matters.
Sara obtained a Joint Honors Bachelor degree from York University, and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sussex, U.K. Sara has also completed a Master of Laws in taxation, from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University.
Sara is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario, and is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, Trusts & Estates Law section.

Connie Freitas, BA, LL.B

Connie obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. She was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1994.
Prior to joining RBC in 2012, Connie practised law for 18 years. As a partner in a mid-sized full-service law firm, her practice was varied and covered the areas of corporate/commercial law, real estate, and Wills, trusts and estates law. In that role, Connie advised her owner-manager clients on a broad range of business and personal needs, from purchases and sales of businesses, to shareholder agreements and corporate reorganizations, to Will and estate planning.
For many years Connie taught the Business Law section of the Bar Admissions Course and was involved with preparing the licensing exams for Ontario lawyers. Throughout her career, Connie has been involved in her broader community, serving on many non-profit boards as well as providing pro bono legal services.
As a Will and Estate Advisor for the Central Canada Region, Malvin Seto brings an approach to estate planning centered on understanding and addressing the unique situation of each client. He works collaboratively with clients and their trusted advisors to help craft a comprehensive, effective estate plan that meets their particular needs. A graduate of the Queen’s University Faculty of Law with a Juris Doctor degree, and with legal practice experience in estate litigation, Malvin has continued to deepen his industry knowledge and expertise including as an affiliate member of STEP Canada. Native d'Elliot Lake, elle a grandi à Spanish en Ontario et elle travaille maintenant à Sudbury, où elle habite avec son époux et ses trois enfants. Dans ses temps libre, elle aime jouer au ballon-volant et arbitrer au hockey.

She draws on 20 years of experience within RBC as a Banking Advisor and Financial Advisor in retail banking which she received several awards and designations.
Nancy is very focused on delivering the ultimate client experience for her clients and building long term valued relationships.
Nancy was born and raised in Sudbury where she now lives with her two daughters. She volunteers for several activities and for different foundations in partnership with RBC.
Steve Mogdan, CPA, CA, CFP

Steven completed his Bachelor of Business Administration at York University in 1989 and subsequently completed the CICA In-Depth Tax course. He has also achieved the advanced designations of Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
During his time as a tax and financial practitioner with several professional service firms, Steven specialized in Canadian, U.S. and cross-border personal income taxation, and provided planning and preparation services to clients. He also has professional experience with the RBC Tax Advisory Group and RBC Dexia, where he provided tax advice to various business units within RBC.
As an experienced practitioner in financial matters, Steven has written or contributed to many research articles, industry publications, training materials and client presentations.
Steven’s role as a Financial Planning Specialist is to work with, and support, your advisor in preparing and presenting comprehensive financial planning solutions.
