Glaphyra est née et a grandi en Haïti et a déménagé avec toute sa famille au Canada au début de son adolescence. Elle a su garder un amour pour sa patrie d'où sa passion pour la musique haïtienne et antillaise. Glaphyra a un intérêt poussé pour la découverte de cultures étrangères à travers la lecture de livres historiques écrits par des auteurs étrangers. Elle aime aussi pratiquer le volleyball et surtout le badminton et tente d'approfondir ses compétences dans ces activités sportives.

As a Private Banker, Marie-Ève Lamontagne offers comprehensive wealth management and financing strategies to high-net-worth business owners, executives, professionals and their families.
Based in Quebec City, Marie-Ève works with a select number of clients in the local area to address their often-complex banking, credit and wealth management needs by offering tailored, seamless banking and financial solutions. The goal is to deliver unparalleled service while building lasting relationships based on trust and a thorough understanding of each client's unique needs and goals.
When necessary, she collaborates with specialists across RBC to offer clients a full range of complementary services. With more than 25 years of loyal service at RBC, Carole Gherlenda assumed the position of Private Banker in Quebec City in 2010. Having gained eight years' experience in human resource management, she appreciates the personal contact that her new position dedicated to high net worth clients affords. Her background as Account Manager, Business Financial Services in large urban centres has helped prepare her to provide effective advice to business people who benefit from RBC Private Banking services.
Working as a Financial Planner since 2002, Ms. Gherlenda has a Master in Business Administration (MBA). The development and wealth management of a small group of clients suits her perfectly; in fact, in addition to providing a personalized service, she is able to focus on her clients' individual needs and consider all aspects of their lives, be it family, business, succession, or other matters. “I enjoy visiting my clients in their own environment to better understand their needs. Richard has a Master in Business Administration (MBA) and a bachelor degree in Civil Law (LL.B.) from University of Sherbrooke as well as a bachelor degree in Common Law (Juris Doctor) from Queen’s University in Kingston. He is a Certified International Wealth Manager (CIWM), a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI), a Canadian Investment Manager (CIM), a Certified Financial Planner Professional (CFP) from the Financial Planner Standard Council and a Financial Planner from the “Institut Québécois de Planification Financière” (F.Pl.).
Before joining RBC Family Office Services in 2015, Richard worked in the securities industry with Canadian and American brokerage firms and with the Montreal Exchange, where he worked as a Trader, Banker, Financial Advisor, Private Advisor and Financial Planner. He also spent three years in a Montreal based law firm specialized in business law.
Richard’s role is to work with and support your advisor in preparing and presenting comprehensive Compass Financial Plans for clients.

Prior to joining RBC Wealth Management, Mathieu was manager of the financial services branch in a Canadian securities firm where he provided sophisticated wealth management planning to High Net Worth individuals.

During this period, Joseph developed an expertise in Will and estate planning and also acquired specialized knowledge in estate settlements and non-contentious matters. To further his knowledge in the field of taxation, Joseph later joined a multinational accounting organization, where he specialized in tax planning for individual and corporate clients. Member of the Board of Notaries of the Province of Quebec (Chambre des Notaires du Québec) since 2010, Joseph obtained his Notarial Law Degree (D.D.N.) from Université de Montréal in 2009, after having obtained his Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) from the Université de Québec à Montréal (UQAM) in 2007. Joseph is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Taxation from the University of Sherbrooke.
