Cairy draws upon her 25 plus years of experience to provide client families with confidence, peace of mind and an unparalleled level of service. Originally from Lashburn, Saskatchewan, Cairy completed her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Saskatchewan. During her time with RBC Dominion Securities she has become a Portfolio Manager, has earned the Canadian Investment (CIM) designation, completed the Professional Financial Planning (PFP) course and has also become Life Insurance licensed.


Cairy is heavily involved with the Kelowna Yacht Club and has volunteered plenty of her time as of late with the design and construction of the new and improved KYC. Cairy also takes time every year to organize a team of runners for the local Terry Fox 10K run. Cairy and her husband Richard enjoy spending time on the water and visiting with friends and family.

Natel has been involved with Cairy Holtby and RBC Dominion Securities for over 18 years, bringing many years of administrative and account experience. She has successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course, the Conduct and Practices Course, and is a licensed Associate, which enables her to provide excellent service and understand a client’s needs.

Natel, her husband Darren and their son Madden live on the Westside, and enjoy camping, hiking, golfing and spending time with their extended family and friends.

Denise has been in the financial industry for over 25 years. She started with RBC as a teller, and since then has moved through multiple positions before transitioning into her current role with RBC Dominion Securities.


As Associate, Denise is committed to a high level of client service. She is an invaluable member of our team, ensuring accuracy in accepting and placing orders for clients and performing administrative functions related to client accounts and inquiries. Denise has exceptional administrative skills and a positive, cooperative attitude that she has displayed throughout her professional career. She is a highly competent team member who is always prepared to go the extra mile for clients and colleagues alike.


Denise moved to the Okanagan from Vancouver Island and is spending her time enjoying all that the Okanagan has to offer. This includes hiking, wine tasting and exploring the outdoors.
