Duncan began his career as an Investment Advisor in 2009. Prior to that, he spent nine years building a successful small business that focused on transition planning, market and competitive analysis, executive search, and succession and compensation planning. His clients ranged in size from Fortune 500 companies to entrepreneurial start-ups.
Duncan has an MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, a BA in Criminology from the University of Windsor, and a post-graduate diploma in Information Technology from Lambton College. Most recently Duncan completed the Responsible Investment Advisor Certification (RAIC) through the Responsible Investment Association and the Institute for Sustainable Finance. He is currently licensed to sell securities through the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) and life insurance through the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO).
