For more than a decade, Matt has harnessed his expertise and industry knowledge to develop comprehensive wealth management solutions for his clients. Matt is committed to helping clients achieve their goals by focusing on investment strategy, portfolio management decisions, and intergenerational wealth planning for clients and their families.
Together with Darcy, Matt leads the Banville Zaporzan Wealth Management Group, with the common goal of serving all clients’ financial needs.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree from the Asper School of Business, along with the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA) designations. A big believer in giving back to his community, he serves as a board member of the Pan Am Clinic Foundation and as a member of the Blue Ribbon Committee for the Oak Hammock Marsh Interpretive Learning Centre.
Matt was born and raised in Winnipeg, a city he loves. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, spending time at the cottage, and travelling with his wife, Karleigh.

As an investment industry veteran for more than 40 years, Darcy oversees investment strategy and portfolio management for our clients. Over four decades, Darcy has been consistently recognized as an industry leader and is frequently sought out as a mentor by his peers. His successful practice is a result of building a strong team, managing his clients with integrity, and delivering an unmatched client experience.
Together with Matt, Darcy leads the Banville Zaporzan Wealth Management Group, combining strengths, expertise, and dedication with the common goal of serving all clients’ financial needs.
During the course of his career, Darcy has served on many community boards and foundations. He is a passionate Winnipeg Jets fan, and an active cottager.
Associate Wealth & Investment Advisor
Heather began her career in the investment industry in 1986. In the ensuing years, she has risen to the highest ranks of financial advisory service delivery. Drawing on her extensive experience with trusts, estates, insurance, financial planning, and philanthropy, she continues to excel in her commitment to helping our clients achieve their financial goals.
Heather has frequently contributed to national initiatives and served on advisory boards for RBC Dominion Securities Canada. She has helped to develop and improve programs that have served to mutually benefit clients and her colleagues alike. She is a natural team leader and places great emphasis on client and team relationships. She holds the Financial Management Advisor (FMA) industry designation.
Away from the office, Heather has passionately served the newcomer community in Winnipeg for the last 20 years, serving on the board of a downtown transitional housing initiative for women. She acknowledges her Métis and Estonian heritage, and is a proud Canadian. Heather enjoys reading in her cottage library, travel and family time.
Investment Associate
Nandin provides our advisory team with dedicated support on investment and money management processes, trading, and rebalancing. She assists with researching, identifying, managing, and monitoring portfolio strategies. In addition, she helps with creating Investment Policy Statements and with their ongoing maintenance and reporting requirements.
Committed to professional growth and excellence, she has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) course, and the Wealth Management Essentials (WME) course.
Nandin and her husband are kept busy by their three children, and their family time is filled with many activities including ballet, piano, karate, swimming, and drumming.
Associate Advisor
Backed by eight years of financial industry experience, Kelly delivers proactive client service and coordinates special projects and sponsorship opportunities for our team. She is committed to fostering strong client relationships, and helps implement and maintain financial and wealth plans. Kelly also draws on her considerable organizational skills to assist with complex administration inquiries, account maintenance, and trading.
A graduate of the University of Winnipeg, Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She has also completed the Canadian Securities Course, Conduct and Practices Handbook and Wealth Management Essentials courses. Working toward her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, Kelly recently earned the Certificate in Advanced Financial Advice.
Born in Switzerland and raised in the Netherlands, Kelly is fluent in Dutch, German and English. Outside the office, she likes to travel, usually to visit family in Europe or her fiancé’s family’s home in Florida, and staying active, snowboarding, working out or walking her goldendoodle Jeffrey.

Rowella joined RBC Dominion Securities in 2018, and continues to be committed to providing quality service through ongoing efficient support to both clients and our advisory team. Rowella draws on her considerable people skills to deepen relationships with clients, and supporting our team initiatives. She is adept at managing complex administrative issues and manages all estate settlements. Rowella is an essential member of our team, and ensures all key team processes are reviewed, updated and remain consistent in execution.
Rowella graduated from the Asper School of Business in 2018, receiving a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba with major in Marketing. She went on to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) course.
Outside of the office, Rowella loves to travel with her husband, and try out local restaurants and cafes. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, camping, cycling, and reading.
Lindsay joined RBC Dominion Securities in 2022, and supports Matt and Darcy with incoming client communication and services. In her current role, she helps administer account opening, modification and documentation, coordinates and manages charitable donations, and assists with a range of cash management responsibilities.
A big believer in broadening her education and skills, Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Brandon University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Colorado State University Global Campus. She has also completed the Canadian Securities Course and the Conduct and Practices Handbook.
Lindsay’s career is distinguished by a global perspective, having lived in Spain, South Korea, and Germany while teaching English. Outside of her professional endeavours, Lindsay is an avid traveler who enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, and scuba diving.
Administrative Assistant
A recent addition to our team, Brandon draws on his keen attention to detail to provide a high level of client service. He also supports Matt and Darcy by managing incoming communications, meeting preparations, and supporting new initiatives as they arise. He responds to general client inquiries and provides proactive client support, and client account servicing.
A graduate of the University of Manitoba’s Asper School of Business, Brandon completed his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree, with majors in Finance and Human Resource Management. Brandon is currently working on obtaining his industry licensing through completion of the Canadian Securities Course, and the Conduct and Practices Handbook.
Outside of the office, Brandon is an avid sports fan – especially the Winnipeg Jets and Winnipeg Blue Bombers – and a minor hockey referee. Away from sports, he enjoys staying active cycling, running, and taking his dog for walks.
