Alain earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from HEC Montreal and began his career with Merrill Lynch Canada and CIBC World Markets, in financial analysis positions. He became at 23 years old a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. Alain became shortly after a Portfolio Manager at Richardson GMP.
To satisfy his entrepreneurial side, build long-term relationships with clients and create added value for them, he partnered with RBC Dominion Securities in 2012. Since then, through the Alain Daaboul Group, Alain and his team have been successfully deploying his vision and investment philosophy with the client’s best interest being at the heart of all decisions.
Alain has a keen interest in a variety of subjects including history and geopolitics. He believes that the ever-changing financial markets are a combination of all these elements and a reflection of our society. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and playing racquet sports.
