Suzanne Mar brings more than 20 years of financial industry experience and expertise to her role as Private Banker. Based in Toronto, she works with a select group of very high-net-worth clients, their families and their businesses to provide tailored banking, credit and wealth management solutions.
With a graduate degree specializing in entrepreneurial studies and corporate finance, Suzanne's career in financial services has included a variety of relationship management roles, and extensive experience working with business-owners of growth-oriented, technology based companies. With a career strategically focused on founders and investors in the technology sector, she has established a reputation as trusted advisor to some of the most successful tech entrepreneurs in the country.
Suzanne works with her clients to plan and execute integrated wealth management plans. These include leverage strategies, business succession planning, philanthropy and intergenerational wealth transfer. She builds a bespoke team of experts, from within RBC and externally, for each family, which may include tax, financial and estate planning advice as well as investment strategies, corporate finance and risk management planning.

As a Private Banker with RBC Wealth Management, Private Banking, Sunil Kapadia provides comprehensive wealth management and financing strategies to high-net-worth business owners, executives, professionals and their families.
Mr. Kapadia's career spans over 20 years in the financial services industry, including 10 years with RBC. Before joining RBC Wealth Management, Private Banking, he was with RBC's international private banking division and served clients based in the United States, Europe and the Middle East. Prior to this he served affluent clients for an international European bank, based in Asia. Drawing on this experience, he now provides tailored service and sophisticated banking packages for his high-net-worth clients, some of whom are based in Canada and others who are non-resident from the U.S., UK and Dubai and require access to the Canadian financial system.
As a trusted advisor to his clients, Mr. Kapadia and his team provide customized solutions that include complex credit structures, tax and retirement planning and sophisticated packages for managing daily banking and cash management needs. As needed, he will partner with a range of experts across RBC to deliver investment management, Wills and estate planning, commercial banking, business succession planning and trust structures to meet his clients' domestic and international needs.
Mr. Kapadia holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law degree, both from Mumbai University in India. He also maintains his professional knowledge through financial services industry courses and programs. He holds the Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designation, which add an additional layer of expertise and financial planning knowledge to the advice he provides. He has also earned the title of Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI).
Originally from Mumbai, Mr. Kapadia is fluent in several Indian languages, namely Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati and Marathi. Married with one daughter, he is an avid tennis player. When he isn't in the office or on the tennis court, he enjoys the opportunity to travel.
As a Private Banker with RBC Wealth Management, Jean Debos provides comprehensive wealth management and financing strategies to high-net-worth business owners, executives, professionals and their families in the Toronto area.
Mr. Debos brings nearly 20 years of private client experience in both Canada and Switzerland to this role. He began working on the RBC Fixed-Income Desks in Montreal, and later Toronto, and remained with RBC when he moved to Geneva, Switzerland, to provide Private Banking services for clients based in Europe and the Middle East, liaising with the Dubai office. He also served as Chief Investment Officer for a Geneva-based family wealth office, where he managed in-house funds, succession planning and other client needs; and as Executive Director for a major bank in Switzerland serving ultra-high-net-worth Spanish clients. This experience has given him insight and experience serving the unique needs of his clients and within an integrated family office environment.
Now in the Toronto Private Banking office, Mr. Debos works closely with his clients to provide seamless, unparalleled wealth management. He creates tailored financial solutions for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, professionals, executives and their families. Through RBC he partners with specialists in Canada and in key markets worldwide to provide a complete range of complementary services, from sophisticated credit solutions, to estate and philanthropic strategies, to domestic and international trust services.
Fluent in English, French, Spanish and Italian, Mr. Debos holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva.
Michael Pupulin brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services to his role as Private Banker, in which he delivers personalized, discrete financial counsel to a select group of clients. Michael is one of two specialized bankers in the Greater Toronto area catering to the professional sports industry.
As Private Banker, Michael and his team - who include a dedicated Private Banking Associate and Manager, Credit Structures - collaborate with a variety of partners throughout RBC to create and deliver tailored, personalized banking packages and high-end credit vehicles. As per each client's unique circumstances, these packages may include specialized wealth management planning, business owner planning, estate planning and domestic and international trust structures. Through this customized Private Banking experience, his clients are able to simplify the many details of their financial lives and focus on their career and personal goals.
Because he works with a relatively small number of clients, Michael is able to ensure responsive service and the level of attention his clients require to focus on other aspects of their lives. When necessary, he will work with his clients' other professional advisors to deliver comprehensive, integrated financial solutions. He has earned his designation as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Personal Financial Planner (PFP), which provides additional financial planning perspective to the solutions he provides. Michael is also a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI).
Michael is married with one son. Outside of the office he is an avid sports enthusiast, with a passion for baseball, basketball and hockey.

Prior to joining RBC, Robyn acquired her expertise in estates, trusts and succession planning in both private practice and with a major trust company, practicing law in Toronto for 8 years with an emphasis on trusts, estates, succession, planning for incapacity and charities law, and as a will and estate consultant for a well-known Canadian trust company. In 2001, Robyn joined RBC, assisting clients with their overall tax and estate planning, and in 2011, assumed her present position, specializing in assisting high-net-worth clients with their succession, tax, retirement and estate planning.
Robyn obtained her law degree from Osgoode Hall in 1991, and she was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1993. She has completed her in-depth tax courses, levels 1 and 2, as well as the Advanced Tax Issues for the Owner Managed Business Course and the Corporate Reorganizations Course.
