With over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Tracy has progressed through a variety of roles of increasing complexity and accountability with RBC. Prior to her taking a leadership role at RBC Dominion Securities, Tracy was Regional Vice President, Private Banking for Atlantic Canada and previously led Financial Planning and Relationship Managers in her role as Manager, Financial Planning.

In her current position, Tracy is responsible for providing broad leadership and support to the Nova Scotia RBC Dominion Securities Team in key areas, including business development, ONE RBC collaboration and performance coaching. She will be working closely with the Regional Director for Atlantic as well as the Operations Management team for Nova Scotia to oversee all aspects of the Nova Scotia branches. She will maintain and develop business relationships throughout RBC Financial Group and within communities across Nova Scotia.

Tracy has a Master’s degree from Dalhousie University, is an accredited financial planner and is active in her community, supporting non-profits such as Phoenix Youth Group. She also enjoys the entrepreneurial side of business, having owned a boutique retreat business in PEI.
