Stewart Robinson is the Regional Director of RBC Dominion Securities, Atlantic. Stewart joined the firm in 1997 and has been a member of the senior management team for the last 7 years overseeing wealth management operations for Atlantic Canada and providing leadership, coaching and supervision across all Dominion Securities branches in the region.
In addition, Stewart is the senior management liaison for both the National Manager Advisory Board, and the Investment Advisor Advisory board. He also sits on the steering committee for RBC Wealth Management's Women’s Advisory Board.
Stewart takes pride in developing relationships with colleagues, clients, and outside professionals that extend beyond investment advice and wealth planning. He believes in the power of collaboration and actively engages with other RBC business lines to deliver a full-suite of services tailored to the unique needs of clients across the region.
Originally from Cape Breton, Stewart is a graduate of Dalhousie University. He supports a number of national and local charities, including the Phoenix Youth Program where as past chair of the Phoenix Holliday Luncheon his efforts raised funds to support the development of youth across Halifax, Nova Scotia. Outside of work, Stewart and his spouse enjoy spending time golfing and fly fishing.
Tracy Bentley is an authentic, trusted leader who naturally inspires others to unlock their unique potential and tap into their best selves. A champion of teamwork, mentorship and collaboration, Tracy’s energy and compassion fuel both employee and enterprise growth, resulting in high performing teams that create a winning and inclusive atmosphere. With over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Tracy has progressed through a variety of roles of increasing complexity and accountability with RBC. Prior to her taking a leadership role at RBC Dominion Securities, Tracy was Regional Vice President, Private Banking for Atlantic Canada and previously led Financial Planning and Relationship Managers in her role as Manager, Financial Planning.
In her current position, Tracy is responsible for providing broad leadership and support to the Nova Scotia RBC Dominion Securities Team in key areas, including business development, ONE RBC collaboration and performance coaching. She will be working closely with the Regional Director for Atlantic as well as the Operations Management team for Nova Scotia to oversee all aspects of the Nova Scotia branches. She will maintain and develop business relationships throughout RBC Financial Group and within communities across Nova Scotia.
Tracy has a Master’s degree from Dalhousie University, is an accredited financial planner and is active in her community, supporting non-profits such as Phoenix Youth Group. She also enjoys the entrepreneurial side of business, having owned a boutique retreat business in PEI.
Regional Branch Operations Manager
With over 15 years industry experience, Barbara works closely with our Regional Director, as well as management teams across the Atlantic region and advisor teams in Nova Scotia to ensure the smooth processing of operations duties and compliance requirements being upheld. Leveraging her leadership skills and keen attention to detail, Barbara adds value by overseeing branch and employee management, providing guidance and support to the region’s Branch Operations Managers.
Barbara participates in many areas of the daily operations of the region and branch, namely hiring for team roles in Nova Scotia, providing support on compliance and operations requests from the region, participating in the role out of firm wide initiatives across the region and driving employee morale.
Outside of the office, Barbara enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, travelling and cooking.
Branch Operations Manager
As Branch Operations Manager, Angela provides administrative and technical support to all Nova Scotia branch staff in the day-to-day operations and works closely with the rest of the Nova Scotia Management team to ensure that internal procedures run smoothly. Prior to joining Dominion Securities in 2018, Angela worked as a Manager in the highly regulated Gaming industry for 20 years. Leveraging her previous experience and her attention to detail, Angela assists with key operations such as compliance / registrations / regulatory changes and completing audit requirements. Outside of the office, Angela enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, hiking with her dog and traveling.
Christina has been with RBC Dominion Securities since 2006, both in Branch Operations Manager and Associate Wealth Advisor roles.
As Branch Operations Manager, Christina is the main point of contact for all Nova Scotia branch team members and day-to-day general human resources items. She works closely with the Nova Scotia Management team to ensure everyone is up to date on compliance and continuing education requirements, and excelling at a high level of training and practice management. Christina draws on her extensive experience and training to provide meaningful support and coaching to every team member.
A big believer in professional development, Christina has completed the Canadian Securities Course, Wealth Management Essentials Course, and Advanced Investment Strategies (AIS) course, among others. Through her years of study, she has now earned a Certificate in Advanced Investment Advice.
In her free time, Christina and her family enjoy spending time together, staying active through seasonal sports, camping and exploring the beautiful places the East Coast has to offer.
