As a trusted Senior Portfolio Manager & Wealth Advisor, she has the ability to manage both discretionary and non-discretionary accounts for high-net-worth individuals, families, or corporations.
Reflecting her commitment to understanding clients’ increasingly-growing demand for responsible investing options, Trish has earned the Responsible Investment Advisor Certification (RIAC). She also holds the esteemed professional designations of Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®), and Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI®).
She obtained her CFP in 1999, and has acted as a media spokesperson for RBC on various financial planning topics. Her expertise allows her to seamlessly integrate clients’ customized financial plans into their investment portfolios. Trish is insurance-licensed, enhancing her ability to recognize tax-savings and estate planning opportunities. She has strong attention to detail, services clients with a tailored approach to meet their specific needs, and enjoys the deep relationships she has built with the families she supports.
Trish was invited to represent RBC in the 2010 Winter Olympics Torch Relay in Nanaimo, BC. She is recognized for being a strong partner within RBC and is able to easily connect clients with other aspects of their financial needs, including banking, lending, cross-border needs, and trust services.
Trish lives in Toronto with her husband, Marco, who has been (patiently) teaching her golf and the Italian language. They have twin adult daughters, Natalia and Marina, and a toy poodle, Cappi, with whom they enjoy spending family time at the cottage.
Michael has been in the investment industry for over 30 year and spent 16 of them at RBC. As a Senior Portfolio Manager & Wealth Advisor, he is part of a select group of Investment Advisors that are able to offer discretionary portfolio management services.
He is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI®), and holds the designations of Financial Management Advisor (FMA®), Professional Financial Planning (PFP®), and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®).
Michael started out as a floor trader on the Montreal Stock Exchange where he traded stocks and options. He then became Director of Sales at a Canadian hedge fund before joining RBC in 1999. He has won the esteemed LEO Award given to the most recognized RBC employees. Michael is insurance-licensed, enabling him to incorporate simple & sophisticated estate & tax planning strategies into clients' financial plans. He is passionate about helping our clients and has a keen interest in using alternative investments – such as structured notes and hedge funds - to complement clients’ core portfolios.
Coming from a family lineage deeply involved in public service, he enjoys having interesting conversations with clients on politics and policy, particularly as it relates to the markets and economy. He leads a very healthy and active lifestyle and loves wake-surfing with his children, Ethan and Kyla, and their chocolate lab, Kleo, when up north!
Daryl graduated from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in finance. Daryl is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) professional. He also holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) and Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI®) designations.
Daryl is known for his dedication to excellent service, his quick response time, his warm and calm demeanor, and the wealth of financial knowledge he offers and continues to develop. As Mike and Trish’s Associate Investment & Wealth Advisor, he plays an integral role in assisting with the development of client’s financial plans and investment strategies.
Daryl is co-chair of the Investment Associates Advisory Board (IAAB), which is comprised of associates across Canada who strive to improve head office operations and processes, act as a sounding board for various firm initiatives, strategies and policies, and review feedback and suggestions to improve branch efficiencies.
Daryl sits on the GTA Pride Cabinet ERG, where he leads the Community Involvement Committee. He encourages his colleagues and employees across the organization to volunteer their time to support 2SLGBTQ+ organizations in the local community, raising much needed funds through the RBC Communities Together Fund.
Daryl is also a passionate volunteer at Cystic Fibrosis Canada, supporting many initiatives including the Walk to Make Cystic Fibrosis History, Lawn Summer Nights, and Fusion Gala that raise funds with the goal of finding a cure for cystic fibrosis.
Daryl lives in Toronto with his husband, Justin, and their dog, Alvaro. Daryl enjoys his morning Peloton ride to get him energized for the day ahead!
