Prior to joining RBC Wealth Management, Michael Neudorf specialized in personal, estate and corporate planning for clients in a national law firm. In particular, Michael focused on providing tailor-made service to clients by assisting them in navigating through personal and legal issues in the most tax-efficient manner.
Michael obtained his Bachelor of Law (LL.B) in 2015 from the University of Montreal and was called to the Barreau du Quebec in 2016. Michael also holds a BA from McGill University in Political Science and History.
Michael is an active member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Association de planification fiscale et financière, the International Fiscal Association and the Canadian Bar Association.

Driven to make an impact, Ana emphasizes building strong relationships and spends time making sure people are heard while addressing their concerns. She identifies and recommends the right solutions to meet both current and future lifestyle needs while minimizing risk to their existing wealth.
Ana joined the financial services industry in 2006 after receiving her degree from Concordia University in Mathematics and Statistics (BA). It was there that her analytical side and attention to detail flourished and shone. Ana is passionate about sports and a devoted fan of her hometown team, the Montreal Canadiens.

Michel Bétournay, Financial Planner, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (major in accounting) from HEC Montréal in 1991, and earned the Financial Planner designation from the Quebec Institute of Financial Planners (IQPF) in 2002.
Michel joined RBC Financial Group in 1993, and has fourteen years’ experience as a Financial Planner, twelve of which were spent with the Compass Financial Planning team.
Michel’s role is to work with and support your advisor in preparing and presenting comprehensive Compass Financial Plans for clients.
Isabelle Cantin is a seasoned professional in corporate finance, strategic planning and personal wealth planning. She brings over 25 years of corporate and financial services experience to her role serving high-net-worth clients in Montreal and the surrounding area.
As a Private Banker, she draws on her extensive experience to advise on a number of issues that affect her business owner and professional clients, including banking, lending and wealth management. As needed, she partners with specialists from across RBC to provide a complete range of complementary services, including estate and tax planning, investment management and trust services.
Isabelle is also very committed to volunteering her time at various organizations, with over 15 years as an Executive Board member and fundraiser for the Lighthouse Children and Families in Montreal, and previously with the Canadian Cancer Society.
Isabelle holds a Bachelor of Arts from Western University, an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, as well as the financial planning designation (F. Pl.). She is also a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors in Governance for Non-Profit organizations. She is fluent in French and English.
Outside of the office, Isabelle keeps active with outdoor sports, reading, travelling and raising her two daughters.
