Clinton Maxwell brings over 20 years of financial services experience to his role as Investment Counsellor, in which he provides customized, discretionary portfolio management for high-net-worth private clients, business owners, their families, trusts and estates. He works closely with tax, estate and financial planning specialists, Chartered Accountants and insurance professionals to coordinate strategies to help meet clients’ overall financial objectives.
Before joining RBC PH&N Investment Counsel, Clinton spent over nine years as a portfolio manager for a boutique investment firm where he specialized in working with medical professionals. A CFA Charterholder, he holds a bachelor’s degree specializing in economics from Western University in London, Ontario. Committed to providing clients with streamlined, professional advice, he has also earned the advanced designation of Canadian Investment Manager (CIM).
Clinton takes an active interest in the wellbeing of his community, and has been active with the Canadian Cancer Society, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and Kitsilano Neighbourhood House. Originally from Toronto, he now lives in British Columbia and spends his spare time golfing, cycling, swimming, running and triathlon training. He has completed four Ironman triathlons and 10 marathons.
