Our Team loves calling Windsor-Essex home, so it's no surprise that our involvement in the community is important to each of us. Whether through volunteering time or contributing monetarily, we support numerous organizations and causes that are near and dear to us.

Jonathan commits the majority of his volunteer hours as the Chair of the University of Windsor Board of Governors, but it doesn't stop there; Giving back is also a family affair as their foundation (the AlliWonga Foundation) focuses on helping local and global charitable causes. The Foundation has been a great philanthropic educational vehicle for his young family who are all participants.

Dane has been the Chair of the Foundation Board for Big Brothers Big Sisters Windsor-Essex for two years now, previously serving two years as the Treasurer. He continues to be involved as a mentor and educator to the University of Windsor's EPIC Centre young entrepreneurs and a judge for the RBC EPIC Business Model Canvas Competition.

Angelo commits his volunteer time as past director and current member of the Canadian Italian Business Professional Association (CIPBA) where his fundraising through annual golf and poker tournaments has lead to the establishment of post-secondary scholarships for Canadian-Italian students.

Rachel's philanthropic initiatives lead her to being supportive of the Windsor-Essex Humane Society, volunteering help at the Downtown Mission of Windsor, and getting involved with her church.

Geidah enjoys supporting various organizations in our local community that focus on empowering youth, as well as those that focus their support on positioning local and immigrant women up for success by providing them with the resources they need to further their education and improve their employability, such as the work done by the Women’s Enterprise Skills Training of Windsor Inc.
