Dress for success is a national non-profit organization that provides work-appropriate attire, job interview preparation, and the development tools to help empower women in achieving economic independence.
On International Women’s Day in Kingston, RBC held a clothing drive for its local Dress for Success chapter along with a $5000 donation.
The Kingston branch also held a panel discussion with three RBC women who shared their experiences in facing adversity in the workplace and how they overcame barriers to achieve their goals. Following the panel discussion, Carolyn Martyn, a confidence coach, spoke on the importance on being true to one’s voice.
It was an outstanding day to celebrate women and what they can achieve.
