Branch Director
Cathryne graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2000 where she received her Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree through the Asper School of Business. Starting her career in a boutique firm allowed her to fully appreciate and understand the industry. By joining RBC Dominion Securities in 2003 she was able to focus on her long-term life and career goals; eventually taking on the role of Branch Director. During this time she was pleased to find a company that supported her growing family. From the time she was a young woman growing up in a small prairie town, it has always been important to her to have a positive impact on future generations, including her own children. Today, she is a very proud mother of two teenagers and looks forward to watching their ambitions unfold.
Associate Branch Director
Lance works closely with business owners to proactively build and preserve their wealth, minimize taxes and risk and plan for retirement. He believes his many years of experience as a business owner uniquely suits him to understand these goals. Along the way Lance derives great satisfaction from providing clarity and education to each client.
Prior to joining the RBC Dominion Securities team, Lance worked in private equity and venture capital. As an entrepreneur involved in more than 20 businesses over the course of two decades, he brings deep experience and a unique perspective to the financial concerns of business owners.
In addition to a Bachelor of Commerce, Lance has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Alberta School of Business.
In his free time, Lance enjoys playing hockey and camping with his wife, Andrea, and two boys, Logan and Linkin.
Branch Operations Manager
Kayla Proskurniak joined RBC Dominion Securities in 2012 after several years with RBC Royal Bank. She began her career at RBC Dominion Securities as an Administrative Assistant on an Advisory Team, completing courses from the Canadian Securities Institute along the way in order to become a fully-licensed individual on the team. In 2018, Kayla transitioned from her Associate Wealth Advisor role into the Branch Operations Manager role. A graduate of the University of Winnipeg, Kayla has also completed many courses from the Canadian Securities Institute, including Wealth Management Essentials, Branch Managers Course and Options Supervisor Course.
Outside of the office, Kayla enjoys time outdoors with her family and centering her chi on a yoga mat.
Associate Branch Operations Manager
Jessica is a graduate of the Business Administration program where she majored in accounting. Jessica started her career in the home security industry working in accounting.
She joined RBC Dominion Securities in 2017 as a member of the Branch Operations Team and transitioned to the Branch Management Team as an Assistant Branch Operations Manager in 2022.
Outside of the office you can find Jessica at her family cottage at Lake of the Woods, or practicing her out-turns at the curling rink.
Assistant Branch Operations Manager
Ashley joined RBC Dominion Securities in 2016 as an Administrative Assistant to an Investment Advisor team. She eventually became a licensed Associate and then in 2019 joined the Winnipeg Branch Management Team as an Assistant Branch Operations Manager.
Originally from Arnes, Manitoba, Ashley moved to Winnipeg to attend the University of Manitoba, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Geography with a minor in Political Studies.
