Dave Harder is Vice President and Portfolio Manager with more than 30 years of experience with RBC Dominion Securities. Dave has been a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI) since 1984.
As an accredited Portfolio Manager, Dave is licensed to provide discretionary investment management for individuals, corporations and institutions. Together with experts from RBC, he is able to offer professional advice for personal financial planning, estate planning, and succession planning.

Having been born and raised in the
Fraser Valley, Dave and his wife Marianne, married since 1980, currently enjoy a rural lifestyle in . They have three married daughters and seven grand children. He is active in his local church and has been a member of Chilliwack, British Columbia s Advisory Council. As a volunteer for M2W2, he has visited prison inmates for over a decade. Dave has used his skills as a Swiftwater Rescue Technician for the Kent Harrison Search and Rescue team for more than 13 years as well. He serves on the Rural Issues Committee for the City of Trinity Western University . Dave appreciated the opportunity to volunteer as a Driver for Olympic Officials during the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics. Chilliwack
Since 2000, Dave has completed marathons and Ironman Triathlons, training himself to be disciplined both physically and emotionally. He also windsurfs, cycles and snowboards, believing that a healthy body and sound mind go hand-in-hand with making wise decisions.
