Stephanie joined RBC in 2010 as a Client Advisor Business Services at a retail branch, and remains committed to being part of a team that helps clients achieve their financial goals. In her current role, Stephanie coordinates and prepares Advisor client meetings, and aims to provide the best client service possible, with a focus on problem resolution and attention to detail.
She also draws on her considerable organizational skills to maintain client accounts, manage timelines and key account dates, and manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors and internal and external partners. Stephanie is passionate about building relationships with clients based on trust, and expanding her skills and knowledge.
Away from work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her friends and family, especially her daughter, Nova. An avid reader, she also loves to travel and go on long walks with her dog.
