Senior Portfolio Manager
Warwick is a Chartered Investment Manager and a senior portfolio manager with more than 15 years of experience at RBC Dominion Securities.
He grew up in a business family in South Africa, and has witnessed firsthand how the financial and relational health of a family enterprise can suffer in the absence of good governance. The experience fuels his passion to help other business families succeed.
Warwick leads the team’s investment strategy. He’s a big believer in data-driven decision making, leveraging the full strength of RBC and the industry’s leading technology to customize investment portfolios to suit the unique needs of well-established families.
He has guided some of Canada’s leading enterprising families as they transition operating businesses to diversified portfolios of financial assets. He understands the distinct challenges they encounter and empowers them to manage transitions with confidence.
He believes professional relationships are strongest when we can be fearlessly transparent and that’s how we can truly advise families well.
Away from the office, Warwick enjoys hiking the Northshore trails with Lisa, his partner in business and in life. He is also an avid backyard beekeeper.
Wealth Advisor
Lisa is a Family Enterprise Advisor, Trust and Estate Practitioner, and former estate planning lawyer with more than 15 years of experience at RBC Dominion Securities.
Lisa was drawn to the world of wealth management because it constitutes the perfect marriage between her two professional passions: complex problem solving and helping people take control of their financial futures.
Coordinating highly technical advice from multiple professionals, such as lawyers and accountants, can be challenging for families. Lisa recognizes this. As a wealth advisor, she leads our group’s wealth management services, leveraging the varied skills of our multidisciplinary team, as well as those of our extended partners – at RBC and beyond – to shepherd complex planning for our clients.
Lisa thrives in complexity, commanding all the moving parts – family, business, and ownership – of enterprising families’ financial pictures. She prides herself on seamlessly guiding them through their milestone moments. She drives for simplicity, and excels at empowering families to make decisions with clarity and confidence.
Outside the office, Lisa enjoys an active lifestyle. She recently started playing pickleball, and loves traveling the world with her partner, Warwick.
Associate Wealth Advisor
Jen is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA).
Jen found her passion in making a difference in the lives of the clients she works with. She thrives on helping families navigate through the complexities of their business and personal interests.
With 10 years of experience at a big four accounting firm, Jen has worked with numerous successful family owned businesses on both accounting and tax related matters. It was here that she developed a deeper understanding of enterprising families and an appreciation of how to best support their unique needs.
More recently, Jen specialized in the family office space where she partnered with a handful of well-established families and their advisory teams. Here she focused her attention on developing family governance techniques and engaging the next generation. Jen particularly enjoyed coordinating teams of multidisciplinary advisors to ensure families could focus on what really mattered most to them.
As an associate wealth advisor, Jen leads the team’s coordination of tax strategies alongside our wealth advisor, Lisa Holland. Jen is particularly passionate about customizing financial forecasts and net worth tracking to help families navigate complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence.
In her spare time, Jen and her husband enjoy staying active through various activities, including skiing and hiking. She has a strong passion for travel and is always looking to explore new corners of the world.
Senior Associate
Breanna began her career with RBC Dominion Securities in 2015 after graduating from the University of Ottawa with a psychology degree. She joined the Holland Group in early 2022, bringing with her a breadth of experience from within the firm, including her most recent role consulting advisor teams on best practices and process efficiency.
As the team operations manager, Breanna is our team’s primary change agent. She leads the administrative component of our practice, leveraging her boundless knowledge of branch administration and operations. Breanna ensures we stay up to date on the newest technology to streamline our processes and offer our clients a seamless service experience.
When she is not in the office, Breanna is often away on weekend adventures, whether it be snowboarding, hiking, or camping. She is also musically talented, and takes great joy in playing piano, guitar, and ukulele.
Associate Advisor
Equipped with a Bachelor of Business Administration from BCIT, Alex joined RBC in 2011 as a bank teller, helping clients with a wide range of credit and investment needs. In 2016, he brought his skills to RBC Dominion Securities.
Alex grew up in Romania, where he learned the importance of hard work and financial education. This passion for learning inspired Alex to pursue a career where he could help people.
As an associate advisor, Alex offers our clients the highest level of service with each interaction. Recognized for his thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and ability to problem solve, Alex takes immense pride in simplifying complexity for our clients.
In his spare time, Alex leads an active lifestyle. He likes to hike, play soccer, and cycle with friends.
Lisa has been working in the financial services industry since 2012 after completing her business diploma at Sheridan College. She joined RBC Dominion Securities in 2018 and the Holland Group in 2025.
As an associate advisor, Lisa draws on her warm demeanor and excellent communication skills to provide exceptional client service. Her extensive experience rounds out the team’s multi- disciplinary approach to wealth management.
Born and raised in Mississauga, Ontario, Lisa lived and worked in Calgary for years before moving to Vancouver. Away from work, Lisa and her husband enjoy skiing, golfing, biking, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Originally from Colombia, Alejandra has called Vancouver home for the past eight years. Backed by 12 years of experience in the financial industry, she is known for her relationship building and problem-solving skills.
As an associate advisor, Alejandra enjoys working collaboratively with RBC partners and extended teams, including accountants and lawyers, to help clients achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Alejandra and her husband enjoy running and spending time with their dog.
Investment Associate
Matt joined RBC in 2014 after graduating from Simon Fraser University, where he studied accounting and finance. In 2016, Matt joined RBC Dominion Securities.
As an investment associate and Chartered Financial Analyst, Matt supports Warwick with our team’s investment strategy. He conducts meticulous research, reviewing models and portfolios so that our clients are empowered to make informed, data-driven decisions.
He uses sophisticated tools and cutting edge technology to maintain client portfolios. Inspired by our team’s multidisciplinary approach, Matt continues to expand his expertise on equity, fixed income, and portfolio management.
Outside the office, Matt likes to work with computers and create custom builds. He is also a trained pianist.
