Victoria’s mission is to educate and empower you through your most important Life/Financial decisions. She believes in a thorough approach to Intentional Wealth Management that blends genuine care with financial intelligence.
Experience has taught her that people's lives can sometimes take turns they hadn't anticipated. That life has many seasons and they all need special attention. So intentional wealth management is the key to supporting her clients in realizing their goals. It reduces the complexity that sometimes surrounds financial decisions and creates real value with knowledge in the context of her clients individual lives.
She has learned the value of being able to lean on trusted financial specialists during her journey – people who built careers assisting others through these unfamiliar life stages and putting them on paths to success. These relationships reaffirmed her decision to be an Investment Advisor and inspired her to become that steady hand who guides you through the complexities of wealth management with intention and genuine care.
Today, with 20 years of experience, Victoria has supported others through virtually every type of life transition, such as coordinating with lawyers to establish an iron-clad Will and estate plan or working with a business planning specialist to help her clients’ tax-efficiently sell their business and realize their ideal retirement. She collaborates with an industry-leading team of wealth professionals who specialize in estates, insurance, tax, business planning and beyond so that every complex need you encounter is incorporated into your total wealth strategy.
Victoria’s experience is complemented by an extensive academic background. She completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Michael G. De Groote School of Business at McMaster University, as well as several advanced courses through the Canadian Securities Institute. Victoria is a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and has earned the title of Portfolio Manager. That’s a title granted to a select group of advisors who meet stringent industry standards for assets under management, years of experience, and completion of rigorous coursework.
Victoria left the non-profit sector years ago, but she maintains close ties through her support of at-risk youth. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Children’s Aid Society of Hamilton and a former member of the Youth Justice Committee for the John Howard Society. Victoria, her husband, Dean, and their four children reside in Ancaster. In her spare time, she enjoys golfing, skiing and cross-fit.
