Franco Amantea possesses a robust academic background in social sciences, holding a MSc from the London School of Economics and a MA in Sociology and Anthropology from Simon Fraser University. These skills have been honed through his active participation in RBC’s Regional Banking Leadership Coaching Program, earning him his most recent accolade of RBC Conference Recipient in 2023.
Franco is currently the Vice President of Private Banking, where he leads a team of 16 Private Bankers on the North Shore, Vancouver and Burnaby offices. His career journey includes roles such as Vice President, Commercial Financial Services, where he led a team of Commercial Relationship Managers on strategic initiatives and priorities; Regional Enablement Coach, supporting National Office priorities and providing coaching to align regional teams with organizational goals.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Franco is deeply committed to community development and philanthropy, serving on the Board of Directors for Variety - The Children's Charity of BC and volunteering with organizations such as the BC Children's Hospital Foundation.

Rick joined RBC Royal Trust from private practice and brings over 15 years of experience as a full time estate planning lawyer with a downtown Vancouver law firm. During that time, Rick also dealt with court appointed committees for incapacitated individuals, and matters arising from the administration and wind up of estates.
